Additionally, the nylon material feels sturdy and shows no signs of warping or wear after repeated use.

The masher does an excellent job with softer ingredients like boiled potatoes, cooked squash, and even avocados. The head’s design allows for thorough mashing without leaving lumps, and it’s gentle enough not to scratch non-stick cookware—a huge benefit for anyone with non-stick pots and pans. One of the standout features for me is its ability to help prevent cold symptoms before they really kick in. I started using it daily as soon as I felt that slight tickle in my nose, and it really seemed to help ward off the full-blown symptoms. The spray contains carrageenan, a natural ingredient that’s known for trapping and helping the body eliminate viruses, which is a great preventative measure in the winter months.
Another big benefit is that it’s non-medicated, so I don’t have to worry about overuse or dependence like with some medicated sprays. It’s just saline-based, which makes it great for moisturizing dry nasal passages too. It feels soothing, especially after spending time in dry indoor environments during winter.
