I’ve tried a lot of pencil eyeliner, but this one is the best. It doesn’t smudge in the crease of your eye & plus it lasts longer then other eyeliners. It’s great use as bother eyeliner and a brow pencil. It’s a good price, not to expensive...   +

I’ve tried a lot of pencil eyeliner, but this one is the best. It doesn’t smudge in the crease of your eye & plus it lasts longer then other eyeliners. It’s great use as bother eyeliner and a brow pencil. It’s a good price, not to expensive & the prices vary from the certain place you buy it from. I would definitely recommend this!    -
