Based on this one-time #sample packet use, it wasn’t special enough to interest me to want to buy it. The #complimentary sachet barely had enough for one full face, perhaps if there was enough #serum for three days or so and I had a chance to see its full effects, I might recommend it, as I do like the active ingredients (second pic) it is jammed with goodness from salicylic to COQ10 to VitC! and would love to love it seeing that’s it’s #CleanBeauty. I would say prettier packaging would have helped tilt me in that direction, the aesthetic just didn’t draw me in. I know it’s targeted to acne-prone skin, so perhaps it would be significant for those folks? For me it feels like this sample was a waste to product and distribute as I unfortunately really couldn’t tell anything... I see it has about a four star rating on #ChickAdvisor so clearly a lot of people like it! I can’t recommend this based on just this experience. #Skincare #Beauty -

I’ve tried the chocolate before and it’s okay better than the strawberry at any rate. I grabbed this on the go for $2 at #shoppers and I think I expected it to taste like strawberry Nesquik but sadly tasted more like the strawberry flavoured liquid penicillin we got as kids... I wouldn’t recommend it and definitely not buying again -

I have been on a #TimHortons half French Vanilla half coffee kick lately, but felt a bit expensive then it occurred to me I could get the mix and still get the #coffee from Tims and make it at home in a much more cost effective way! I definitely recommend it in-store or at home - sweet (hence cutting it with coffee) treat! -

I found a #complimentary #sample tube of this I had on-hand and was pleased and delighted it was enough for about three days (was doubtful the tube would even have enough for one full-face so happily wrong) I am not a serum/essence girl usually (and not usually a drugstore #Vichy #LaRochePosay person and would consider NeoStrata along those lines) but wow! I love this one - I feel like it evens out my skin in appearance and smooths it in both feel and look, while providing that extra but noticeable touch of brightness to my face! (along with Estée Lauder Advanced Night one I also just tried and think is fantastic) I would like to use this #Neostrata one in the AM (and #EsteeLauder one at night) BUT sadly I can’t seem to find this for sale (checked #Shoppers where I assume I would have bought it) so I have used the NeoStrata website contact form to ask them if this is still available or will be brought back and *fingers crossed* they will get back to me with some good news :) If you can get your hands on it I would definitely recommend trying it. #Skincare #Serum #Beauty -

Nope! Not for me - the quality and colour (NC42) of this #foundation was good as you would expect from M.A.C. Cosmetics, it’s consistency that didn’t work for me - it’s too thick. I spoke to someone else who was considering buying this and when he went and swatched it he found the same thing, so not just me which was validating. I prefer a lightweight natural coverage (I had bought this online during a sale sight unseen) I usually mix my foundation with some moisturizer and liquid highlighter drops and then apply to give you an idea of how light I wear foundation, I just picked up Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter if you like and can use this alone or just just mixed with a touch of foundation, then I don’t think this would be for you either. On the other hand if you like/require a medium to full coverage product (like BECCA Cosmetics Skin Love Weightless Blur Foundation, which I bought from #Sephora on impulse as the sale price was great but also had to return for the same reason) then I can see Studio Sculpt being a good fit for you and why it has such high approval. I personally will be getting rid of mine :( without having used it even once for a full face (just swatched) #Beauty #Makeup -

I am not a serum/essence girl but I loved this one! First I loved that the #complimentary #sample was this cute mini-bottle (and even came in a box) vs just a sachet! This allowed me a good 3 uses at least so could get a good idea of the product and see the cumulative effect of using it a few days. The box itself is pretty with the blue colour, the bottle reminds me of something my fancy grandma would have the brown being a little mature and the gold being luxe. I think the bottle would be good to reuse as well for a weekend away holding just enough (when we can travel again) Now the best part - I actually felt/saw a difference with this serum!! My skin feels smoother, more even and replenished! I would highly recommend this product and is something I would invest in and add to my skincare routine! I have also just tried the NeoStrata brightening serum and would add that in in the mornings from no serums to two I really like :) I know lots of people love and use this Estée Lauder product and can second all the rave reviews #Skincare #Beauty -

Saw these on sale at #CostCo shopping with a friend and we both decided to grab a box for about $16CAD. I was happy it was a Canadian company to support and I only eat white meat so was delighted that they were. Unfortunately, they did not taste good at all!!! To the point I even messaged the company on their website page, but never heard anything back. I have bought frozen breaded all-white meat chicken products before from Janes and other companies and never had a problem - these just tasted funny (unless I got a bad batch) and I didn’t not like the texture either, the meat seemed to have been ground up and reconstituted or something - I could not even finish the ones I made and have not touched the rest of the box. I regret buying these and most definitely would not recommend, in fact would warn you away and say buy another brand (which is a shame since I would have loved to have loved these being Canadian) our neighbours find them edible but very heavy on their stomachs so didn’t love them either. Based on taste it’s a nope from me! -

Just checked the price and it’s a seems on par at $38CAD at #Sephora. However the results are more than on par effective and noticeable!! I used a #complimentary #sample duo so my #review is based on that - I thought the packets would only have enough for one treatment but turns out I was able to save half which was delightful! I have recently tried Drunk Elephant’s F-Balm and Shiseido’s Ibuki and both were underwhelming (2 stars each) so I didn’t hold out much hope for this one either (especially as I usually like products from both Drunk Elephant and Shiseido) I was more than pleasantly surprised this time round! It’s a unique two part treatment - first you apply the gel essence and let it absorb (I am not much of an essence person usually but this one felt lovely) then over that you apply the water cream mask. Both had a lovely rose scent - if you don’t like things with a rose fragrance this may not be for you - I personally found the rosewater element enchanting (we use rosewater in cooking so I knew I already liked that perfume) and the results (honestly I felt the first two masks left my skin worse) but this one! It’s a standout my skin was left plump and hydrated and just lovely! I would most definitely recommend this and buy it for myself! -

This is a solid moisturizer! I remember my aunt in England always had this in her home when I visited, I finally picked it up in a summer sale haul. I love anything pink so I like the packaging, I will say the black lid being bigger than the container is a little odd. The scent is delicate and its a light-to-medium weight moisturizer and definitely does that and I am a believer in vitamin E for the skin topically, obviously the main draw of this product and I did feel like this was healing. I would compare it to #Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief in that I am not sure it provides anti-aging benefits but I don’t think that’s the goal of these. I think they would be a great first moisturizer for a teen or if you want a simple but consistently reliable product for summer or perhaps if you lean towards oily skin. I think this cream is a very strong 4 stars and would recommend it. #SkinCare #Beauty -

I see people love it with a solid four stars! I had good hopes for it as I do like Shiseido stuff but like the Drunk Elephant F-Balm Electrolyte Water Facial Mask I found it underwhelming... Actually at first I thought this was an eye mask because of the shape of the card but turns out face mask. I had a sample sachet to try and it was enough to cover my face and neck, but maybe I should have put more on my face? Or maybe sleeping masks just aren’t for me? It’s gel and has a lovely scent at first I thought I felt some tightening/firming in a good way, but today my face actually looked drier to me? I have normal but do tend to dry skin and can use heavy moisturizers and oils. I personally wouldn’t go out and buy it but would be curious to try it again and see if maybe I notice a different experience (wanted to love it) #Skincare #Beauty #Masks -
