I’ve bought this before so clearly I repurchase - admittedly to take advantage of the bonus #Optimum points offer at #Shoppers. I wouldn’t say it’s the best eye cream I have tried, (right now I would say IT Cosmetics Confidence in an Eye Cream is my fav) but it’s a solid mid-range product. I would say it’s a medium weight #eyecream that does moisturize and help fight fine lines. I have used Biotherm one and off for years but I don’t like their newer lines as much as their past formulations if I am honest, but they are still decent. If you haven’t tried this and want to I would say you go for it you can’t go wrong; it may not be outstanding but I also don’t believe you will be disappointed. #Skincare #Beauty -

Not Sure If I got a bad batch? I was excited about this primer (got it from Shoppers Drug Mart) and hoping it would be wonderful! ...but unfortunately it’s super dry, thick (almost a playdough or putty consistency) and kind of breaks off/is chunky - it’s not a smooth product. I tweeted Dior to ask if perhaps I am using it incorrectly? (I don’t expect to hear back from them tbh) I even tried rubbing it between my fingers to warm it up hoping that would help but didn’t do the trick... If anyone finds it the same as I did, they will, sadly, be disappointed as I was... It was an absolutely awful product in my experience and I would most definitely not recommend it but would actually warn you away #Makeup #Eyes #Primer #Beauty -

Awful - picked up a single pack of 25 for $6 and out of all the makeup remover wipes I have tried to date (Neutrogena, Simple etc) these are the worst and I would not recommend you try them! I know fragrance preferences can be personal/individual but I truly dislike the (I think) Chamomile scent element - if you like that as a rule; you may enjoy it... I find it doesn’t really remove makeup very well at all! I have to go over my face with a secondary product/step... but weirdly even though it doesn’t pick up makeup up, it does leave a greasy heavy feeling residue (that is a major criteria for me in selecting a makeup wipe, that it not do that) #Makeup #Skincare #FaceWipes #Beauty -

This product is phenomenal!!!!!! My entire life I have heard of people using concealer under their eyes, seen videos, tried them and they absolutely never did anything for me.... My sister-in-law had this so I was playing with it and it’s freaking magic!!! FINALLY something that did what I thought a concealer was supposed to - covered the dark circles under my eye (use it to contour my nose as well) holy grail people!!! I cannot recommend this highly/strongly enough :) For me it’s this stick (I tried the pot one at Sephora far too cakey for me and created lines under my eyes, I have gotten the liquid one, in ginger, and it’s solid but not quite the same - if I could only get one it would be the stick hands down) The shade that I get is BISCUIT (it doesn’t have the metallic sheen shown in the photo, not sure what that’s about) This is one of those products you discover and love so much you hope Nars NEVER discontinues it!! UPDATE: Just ordered 2 more from NARS Canada (which turns out is under the Shiseido brand) since I cannot seem to find them vía Sephora, The Bay or Shoppers - I had to get two as they are $32 each but you don’t hit free shipping until $35 if I recall correctly... you do get 2 free samples of your choice from the list and since it was a $50+ I also got a bonus gift of a primer sample size tube and lip crayon in dragon girl red (not sure if that’s full or sample size) #Nars #Concealer #Makeup #Beauty -

This is an absolute staple in my makeup bag/routine (and has been for years ever since I tried it from a duty-free shop while flying to England) I use shade #2 and it’s amazing to brighten my under eye, highlight my cheekbones, open my eyes with a touch in the angle of my eyebrow and most recently have discovered drawing a line on my nose to help shape/contour that is great too! It’s a wicked must-have product for me ❤️ #Highlighter #Illuminator #Concealer #Makeup #Eyes #Beauty -

I picked this up at #Shoppers Drug Mart (Beauty Boutique on-line) but either I am using it wrong or it’s not for me or just not a great product... it’s super-white in colour and in texture it feels kinda like Elmer’s school glue... I have tried using it as a base/primer before foundation, I have tried mixing it in with my foundation and even applying it on-top to highlight/illuminate (all three are suggested ways of using this product) it just didn’t do anything at all... Didn’t notice any difference/enhancement to my look/finished make up application - not worth the money $54 for not doing anything for me. I absolutely would not recommend this or buy it again - one of the worst products I have ever tried (along with Dior’s Backstage eye primer) #Makeup #Beauty -

First time trying this (paid $8.99 at Shoppers which I assume is a little high but they had a bonus points offer :) I quite like this product - I apply lotion straight out of the shower, without towelling off and this makes my skin smooth, soft and definitively moisturized (I would say for 24 hrs). I like the pump bottle, works well! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the scent - I am not a fan of cucumber fragrance... but if you are then I am sure this would be fine for you. #Skincare #Beauty -

I didn’t know if I should put this under #Wellness in weight management or if under #Shopping under Athletic Wear or Watches - I wish there was a #FitnessTracker category! That aside - It has genuinely changed my life!!! I absolutely love my FitBit Alta HR - I got the special edition in rosegold (pebble) and pink silicone band - size small. I know newer models have launched but none have the slimness of the Fitbit Alta HR. The HR (HeartRate) feature allows it to more accurately calculate how many calories I burn a day so I can ensure using the food diary bit - which is like a MyFitnessPal diary (app on my iPhone and linked) that I stay under my calorie goal - I had unfortunately gained weight due to a medication and it has helped me lose 45lbs of that successfully!! I love the idea of watches but kinda couldn’t stand wearing them, this is so featherlight I don’t feel it. (Initially I did have a bit of a rash/reaction where the HR leads sit above my skin, but that was entirely due to my wearing it too tight, as soon as I loosened it the issue was resolved) I choose to wear it when I sleep as well (as I was having some sleep issues like NightTerrors and insomnia from PTSD) and the HR also allows it to monitor my sleep and via the app I can see how much time I spent in each sleep stage/hours slept overall for patterns etx. The only thing of note is the connector where the bands attach to the pebble on each side have deteriorated for me - I am on my third set of bands (which are removable even if you just want to switch them out for fun to match bands to your outfit colours etc) but the company has been phenomenal in standing behind their product and both replacement bands were sent to me free of charge!! Their service was a world-class standard in my eyes ❤️ I believe they have been bought out so I bet that is no longer the same unfortunately... I love all the features - steps, distance, goals you can set, can enter and note weight to monitor weight loss, active minutes and the overall daily summary shown in the app - it’s all pretty customizable. There is also an active online FitBit community - I love the challenges with others too which you can be invited or create and invite others for continued motivation, the forum (website) for questions and answers and that you can link to your real-life friends in the app and cheer each other on etc - Highly recommend, could not recommend it strongly enough, if you want to change your life and feel empowered - It’s amazing!!!💕 -

This is my go-to #fragrance right now and has been for awhile, I use it in the spring/summer (as I like a warmer one in the fall/winter) my body chemistry changes fragrances quite dramatically so I have to test them and check and this one develops beautifully! I often get compliments when wearing this :) #CalvinKlein #Scent #Perfume #Fragrance -

For $10 (I bought this from an ELF store in the US and it may in fact have been a free product for me that day) the value is fantastic! I love that it has a niacinamide which is a B Vitamin - I am a vitamin/supplement junkie and believe in taking care of my skin from the inside and outside, so I love products that have these elements, like skincare w Vitamin C that gets applied topically as well as taking a VitC supplement daily! My skin feels plump (to help ward off wrinkling and fine lines), moisturized and smooth after I use apply this product (onto cleansed skin), I usually leave it a bit to breathe and soak in before I apply a moisturizer at night - however before writing this review I quickly looked online and not only is niacinamide helpful for acne, rosacea and overall skin health (I don’t have any skin issues other than my skin can tend to the dryer side) it may potentially help protect from UV!! -so I may start applying it in the AM (again giving it a few mins) before I apply my makeup and go out for the day! I am not sure how easy it will be to find here in Canada (I recently saw ELF at Old Navy here but not sure if they have this particular product) but it is DEFINITELY SOMETHING I WOULD REPURCHASE. I don’t love the dropper bottle (but not sure how else I would suggest it be dispensed... perhaps a pump?) I find it’s tricky to get onto my fingers as it liquidy and runs through them, was trying to not put on my palms to conserve product but thats not a show-stopper issue for me (just feel like there may be a better way possibly), the drops do feel a little sticky to me straight out of the bottle (if that’s an issue for you) but feel like it almost applies like water and soaks in/dries quickly. I like the little bottle itself it’s simple in design and cute - I believe both bottle and dropper are glass/ceramic which has a nice weight and I much prefer to plastic! I have not looked into the ingredients but I do believe they are quality especially for the price point. Overall my experience with this product has been great and without any drawbacks - so 5 stars #ELF #Skincare #Beauty #Serum -
