I was worried the moment I saw this, as my hair is very thin and fine and gets weighed down and greasy easily, so adding oil to it doesn't sound like the greatest idea. However, I decided to give it a shot. They offer two ways to apply - either after your shower, or before you shampoo. I found, after the shower especially, it didn't easily apply to my hair. I didn't notice much of a difference, and then my hair got greasy faster, which I expected. I didn't notice a difference before shampooing either. I give this one a pass.

First of all - I LOVED the smell of this shampoo! It smells great, and combined with the conditioner I felt like I was at the spa. Totally makes a difference! It lathers up nicely which is key as well. As for effectiveness, well, my hair is very thin and fine, so it gets weighed down fairly quickly, and so this wasn't as effective at keeping the grease at bay. But if I were to purchase, I probably wouldn't have gone for one that had extra moisture, because of this.

First of all, the smell of this conditioner is amazing. I have used Dove products in the past, but I think that they really stepped up their game - loved it! The conditioner went on well and did a great job coating my hair without needing much of it. I have very thin and fine hair, so it gets greasy easily. I think that this conditioner didn't really help my cause much in that respect, but that's more due to the nature of my hair rather than the product itself.

I was excited to try this product (I was given it for free in exchange for an honest review), because I liked the idea of a lightweight cleanser. It smells nicely and goes on light as it suggests. However, I found that it didn't do the greatest job when it came to removing my mascara - I would still find some black smudges at the end of the day. So while I liked it for keeping my face fresh, it didn't do the greatest job in removing my makeup. -

This came at a great time because my skin (especially my forehead) gets really dry in the winter time. It wasn't enough to completely combat that dryness, but it was great at giving the rest of my face a nice glow. I do feel as though I look a little fresher and more youthful after using this product, and I love the smell and how light and easy it goes on. A little goes a long way. I used this in pairing with the Skin Sleep product, and I do like them together. I found it absorbed into the skin quite well, had a nice fragrance, and helped make my skin feel much smoother than before. I'm looking forward to continuing to use it to see if I get even more improvements. I would definitely recommend it. The only drawback for me is price - if the results were a bit more dramatic I would give a resounding 'yes' that it is worth the price, but as it stands right now, I'm undecided.

I have never used an expensive cream before, so I was excited to give it a try. I found the scent to be quite lovely - not overpowering, and the cream itself is thick but not too gloppy, and does absorb pretty well. I broke out a bit at the beginning, but things seem to have evened out.
I do feel like my skin is quite a bit softer now than it was before. I think this cream would be awesome in the winter time which is when my skin takes a beating due to dryness, etc.
I would recommend this cream, but I would only hesitate to buy it again due to price. I do think it lives up to the quality of its name.

I have to say, I really like this cream. It doesn't have any odor at all, it's not greasy and spreads really easily. I do think that I see a bit of a difference already, which is pretty amazing. Plus I don't mind using it every day - it's not a pain like the oils and such can be.
The only con is the 'instructions'. It says, "Apply liberally to the affected area as often as needed." As needed? What does that mean? It's not like they go away and come back. I would prefer different instructions such as, once a day, etc., but that's just me.
I would definitely recommend to a friend.

How did this product perform based on its advertised benefits? I would say that it was adequate. If you are hoping for immediate results, you will be disappointed. I have been using it at least once a day for two weeks, and I still seem to have bags under my eyes, unfortunately. I will keep using it and see how things go.
How did this product perform compared to other similar products you may have used in the past? I had an eye cream that kind of 'refreshed' the eye area, which made me feel as though it were more effective, even if it wasn't. It has helped to moisturize the area, but I wish it did more.
Based on your experience, is this a product you'd buy again and/or recommend to a friend? I will continue to use it, but I don't think I'd buy it again or recommend it, unless the results get more dramatic by the time the bottle is done.

I was excited to use this cream on my son., so when I was giving a free sample as part of a Chickadvisor review, I was eager to try it. I loved how it was completely unscented and not thick or sticky like other creams can be.
At one point during my trial, my son developed a diaper rash. I put the cream on, and he started screaming like he was being burned. For up to 15 minutes after I had changed his diaper, he kept telling me that his diaper area hurt and was screaming in pain (he's 2). I thought maybe it was a coincidence, but after applying this cream one more time and having the same thing happen, I stopped using it immediately, and moved on to another cream that didn't have the same effect. I'm not sure what caused it, but I won't be using this cream again on my son. It is too bad, as I loved everything else about it.
