This candle is so good, the smell is just amazing! It's sweet, like a warm vanilla marshmallow, but it's not too strong/overpowering/heady. It's true to its name, and smells reaaalllly close to marshmallows roasting over a fire. The throw is good too; one easily fills up my (small) bedroom. The scent lingers on for a bit after being put out. I like burning it, then bundling up under blankets for that full cozy effect haha. Definitely going to be one that I'll be burning all winter. -

My go-to mascara to perk up my everyday look! It's true to its name and doesn't clump up. On its own, it doesn't provide overly dramatic lengthening and volume, but I layer it over a mascara that does so for that waterproofing effect. And damn is it waterproof. I've been through counselling sessions where I cried for half an hour (or longer), and I came out looking like nothing happened. Lash game still strong after that. Reluctant to try other waterproof mascaras after this one. -

I also love how it stains my lips, so I don't have to worry about too much of it coming off when I have my morning coffee and leaving a dramatic colour change. It does feather a little at the edges, but nothing major to worry about. -

Provides a gel-like coating over colours, and my nails feel a little harder after application. My mum was convinced I got myself expensive gel nails hahaha. Remember to let your nail polish dry thoroughly before applying the top coat, and wait for it to dry before doing anything or else it will smudge. I've found that if I don't let everything dry properly, it smudges and chips pretty quickly. I get the top coat in sets at discounted prices, or with the many coupon codes Julep has. -

This is the wine that kicked off my obsession with wines, particularly sweet and fruity ones. It's sweet, and goes well with seafood. I am extremely sensitive to alcohol, so this did burn a little while going down. But it wasn't very strong, so I could stomach it pretty okay. It's a nice wine to have at the end of the day, or with friends over dinner. It's another cheap wine I like, at $12 a bottle. Pour yourself a glass, and do exactly as the bottle says: RELAX! -

Another wine I bought on a whim. I'd previously tasted some of this before, and decided to buy myself a whole bottle. Anything with watermelon, I will buy. I like sweet drinks that don't have the alcohol-y taste and smell, and don't burn when going down my throat. This wine is sweet, but not as sweet as I'd like it to be. Because of that (I think), I can feel the burn when it goes down. This is my second-favourite cheap wine to have in my fridge, because at $7 a bottle, I can't really argue with that. -

I first tried this when I went to a steak house for an anniversary dinner with my bf. I only really drink ice wines because they're the only wines sweet enough for me to stomach (and don't burn while going down). I ordered a small flute of this (which cost $12!), since the ice wine selection was pretty limited. Oh my, it was so sweet and smooth! Not a hint of alcohol in it (that smell/taste you get when you drink booze), and absolutely no burn when it went down! I had to control myself and force myself to sip it; it was $12 for an ounce! It went very nicely with the fish I ordered, though it probably would've been better as a dessert wine. I've since been on the hunt for this, as not every LCBO has it. When I do find it, I'm definitely buying more than 1 bottle. -
I am SUPER sensitive to alcohol. I can sense and smell it easily, and genuinely do NOT like the burn that alcohol brings. I lean more towards sweet drinks; the less I can taste the alcohol, the less likely I'll have a reaction (aka get red and throw... +
I am SUPER sensitive to alcohol. I can sense and smell it easily, and genuinely do NOT like the burn that alcohol brings. I lean more towards sweet drinks; the less I can taste the alcohol, the less likely I'll have a reaction (aka get red and throw up). I bought this wine on a whim, to unwind after a long day. It has since become my go-to wine to drink before bed. It is really sweet, just the way I like it. I can barely taste the alcohol in it, and it doesn't burn while going down. And for $7 a bottle, it is absolutely worth the price. Cheap sweet wines are the way to go! -

A teaspoon of this gives you 90% of your vitamin D and E needs, and 8% of your daily fibre. It's really packed with nutrients and is completely tasteless! I add it to my pastas and rice when I want that extra boost of nutrition. It's organic, all natural and gluten-free. You can add it to other dishes like popcorn, shakes, and salads, but I've yet to try that. A quick way of getting all your vitamins when you're on the go or just too busy. -
