This is a brand I've been using for the last 2 months, the brand offers a variety of flavours. It was a little expensive for the amount I was getting but it's lasted quite long. BCAA's are a little sweet so I do water it down a lot so it doesn't taste like I'm eating a spoonful of sugar. However on the effectiveness side, it helps with repairing your muscles after an intense workout. I use this during my workout mixed with a spoonful of glutamine. Definitely interest in trying other brands to compare. -

You wet your nose and apply the pad, let it dry and once you pull it off it removes all the impurities stuck under the surface of your skin.
