I received this product along with the complementing masque through the Product Review Club. Thanks L'Oreal!
I have used this for a few days (along with the masque) and it's made a huge difference in my hair! For Valentine's Day, I curled my hair and it made the ends of my hair extremely dry. Using this shampoo and the masque has made my hair so much better and softer. It feels healthier too!
Claims:
- Repairs hair structure
- Adds strength and volume
- UV filters
Pros:
- The packaging. I love this style of packaging because it is in a flip cap (no water will get in) and also I won't have to squeeze like a madman during my shower to get the product out!
- The viscosity of the product itself. It's not a gel that takes forever to slide down in the bottle, instead it's a creamy shampoo, which I absolutely love.
- The scent. It smells exactly like the masque. The scent isn't very strong or chemical-y.
- The difference it made on my hair after the first use (along with the masque). There was a noticeable difference in the softness of my hair!
Cons:
- The price. I don't think that I would have bought this product at the store because it's a little out of my regular price range for a shampoo. Although it is a salon brand and works so much better than my regular shampoo, I might consider switching!
Overall:
I recommend this product to anyone with damaged hair because it is very effective and the results are almost immediate! L'Oreal thanks for making my hair soft and gorgeous!

I received this product through the Product Review Club. Thanks L'Oreal!
I have used this for a few days and it has made my hair amazing! For Valentine's Day, I curled my hair and it made the ends of my hair super dry. Using this masque has helped it so much and the results were immediate (after my first use my hair felt a lot softer and the ends were no longer brittle!)
Claims:
- Repairs hair structure
- Adds strength and volume
- UV filters
Pros:
- Note that this is a MASQUE and the instructions on the back says that you should use it on towel dried hair and leave it in for 2-3 minutes. I used it as a conditioner (putting the product on wet hair) the first time and it was just okay. Using this product following the instructions allowed me to have even better results, so I would definitely recommend using it as a masque versus a conditioner.
- The scent. There isn't an overly strong scent to this product. I can't place my finger on what it smells like, but it is not an overly powerful, nauseating scent, nor does it smell like chemicals.
- It only takes a few minutes for the product to work. Some masques take forever! This one only takes 2-3 minutes. I apply the product in between my shower and then I rinse it out at the very end. It's super convenient and easy to make it a part of my shower routine.
- The difference it made on my hair after the first use. There was a noticeable difference in the softness of my hair (especially the ends)!
Cons:
- The packaging. I personally do not like the 'tub' style packaging; I just think the product becomes unhygienic after a while. The packaging for the shampoo is more preferred for me.
Overall:
I recommend this product to anyone with damaged hair because it delivers fast results and will help keep it that way! Again, thanks L'Oreal for saving my hair!

I've been using this moisturizer for about two weeks now, and here's my take on it:
Pros:
- Keeps my skin moisturized all day long!
- I have not broken out from this product yet (fingers crossed!)
- It doesn’t include many ‘bad’ ingredients which are included in many products on shelves today (mineral oils, parabens, silicones, colorants)
Cons:
- There is fragrance added to this product. Although it is the last ingredient on the list and to tell you the truth, I don’t smell anything when I apply the product. In fact, it smells like as if there were no fragrances added (similar to Clinique’s moisturizers – which are fragrance free).
- The product is a bit on the thicker/heavier side, which is great for winter, but not optimal for summer. That also means that you only need a dab of moisturizer on your finger to cover your entire face!
Overall:
This product isn't a "must-have" on my list. It's a very average moisturizer. So if you're out looking for a new moisturizer, then this one might be good to try! If you already have a great one though, then you should stick with it :)

What I Love:
- Beautiful shades and pigment (as shown in the pictures, just one stroke and you get tons of colour!)
- Glides on easily. The eyeliners are super smooth and easy to apply.
- Long lasting colour! This liner lasts all day long, however, it does smudge quite a bit, so be sure to dab some eye-shadow over it to avoid raccoon eyes!
What I dislike:
- Horrible design. The brown one (as you can see from the pictures) already broke from just 2 uses. It could’ve just been me being too forceful on the pencil itself when I was applying the product, but if it broke this early on then I’m afraid of breaking the other two also. The lid is also terrible because I’ve already accidentally scraped off the tip of my black one with the rims of the lid. You can’t even sharpen this eyeliner because of the strange triangular design, unless you have a large sized sharpener.
- Smudges easily.
All-in-all:
Compared to many other drugstore brands, this eyeliner is not a winner. The design itself outweighs the Pros because there are plenty of other eyeliners out there which are cheaper and designed better, and provides the same amount of pigment and results. I would not recommend this eyeliner if you have other choices (such as Rimmel’s Kajal Eyeliner – which is one of my favorites!).

*I received this product as a sample
The design of the product is similar to other under-eye rollers, a stick design with a small metal ball on top that dispenses the product evenly underneath your eyes with a swipe.
Pros:
- Small; Portable
- Easy to use
- Gentle, light scent
Cons:
- Not a significant difference to appearance of minor under-eye circles
All-in-all:
This product is good in terms of reliving your eyes, however I did not see much of a difference to the darkness under my eyes (I barely had any bags though). Through the eyes of a 19 year old, this product is not a must-have. However it does feel nice to put it on in the morning after a long weekend evening if you know what I mean :)

I love Clearly Contacts!
This company sells contact lenses and glasses. They offer so many different styles and brands, and they have fantastic customer service (if you call them!)
For contacts, they have well-known brands such as: Acuvue, Bausch & Lomb, etc. Clearly Contacts also offer a wide range of lengths for contact wear (1 day to 1 month) and colour lenses.
As for glasses (which is what I ordered), they offer hundreds of frames, including big brands such as Coach, Christian Dior, Burberry, etc. I personally purchased a pair of Fendi glasses. These frames are 100 percent authentic (they come with their original glasses case and everything), as with anything else in their store. So you don't have to worry about this being a "scam".
The best part though is definitely the price they give you and the numerous deals they have on their products! Normally, I would have to pay at LEAST $300 for a no-name pair of frames and "ultra-thin" lenses (because I have a high prescription). At Clearly Contacts, I bought my entire glasses (Fendi, ultra-thin, and all) for $200!
... That saved me over $100 for something better!
They have a 30 day return system and they pay for the postal service for you to ship the glasses back (opened contact lenses cannot be shipped back though). Also, they have a "don't pay till you receive your items" policy, so you can pay after you receive your order, and if you don't like it, send it back! :)
Honestly though, there are some downfalls for something so good, so here you go:
Cons of Clearly Contacts
- If you're buying glasses, you can't try the glasses out (it's an online store, they don't have actual stores that you can walk in to). However, there is the option of their virtual mirror which allows you to upload a picture and put various frames on yourself.
- They take FOREVER to make high prescription glasses. Literally forever. They say 10 days, but it usually ends up to being a month due to the fact that the lenses keep failing their quality check.
- Their email update is slow and usually does not notify you of what's actually going on. The "track your order" system on their website is just as useless as their emails. CALL THEM! Their customer service employees are very nice and friendly, and they will give you in-depth information about what is going on with your order!
All-in-all:
If you're buying glasses or contact lenses, be sure to check out http://www.clearlycontacts.com for a great deal! :)

The plot and climax was exciting and the movie will have you hooked within minutes because you'll be thinking, "What the heck is going on?!"
Be sure to follow the movie closely, don't dose off in the middle (i dont know how you possibly can).
PS. Both Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Leonardo DiCaprio were tremendously good looking in the movie. Just sayin'.

Purchased from Walmart for $3.99. It's often on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart for around the same price.
Shade: 061 Jet Black
What I LOVE:
- Smooth, effortless application on the lids
- Long staying power (even without the help from the eyeshadow)
- No raccoon eyes!
- Easy to sharpen
- Comes in a variety of shades
What's not-so-good:
- Removing it at the end of the day is a hassle for a non-waterproof liner
All-in-all:
Everything about this eyeliner is amazing. It does all that it should and more. Plus it comes in a bunch of colours at a really great price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's frustrated with their eyeliner at the moment, or for those who would like to try eyeliner out because it is a great 'starter' liner!

I bought the Nivea Visage Light Moisturizing Cream at Shoppers Drug Mart for about $8.
Claims: Moisturizes and protects your skin for 24 hours
What I love:
- It is not too oily when you apply it.
- The skin absorbs this cream fast, so no greasy feel.
- This is perfect for applying foundation, concealor, and/or powder over because of it's light texture.
- Did not make me break out! :D
What's not-so-great:
- It doesn't moisturize *that* much, so this will not be good for those who have dry skin or the wintertime.
- This probably is not the best night cream because of it's moisturizing strength.
All-in-all:
I love this moisturizer for the summer. It is lightweight and won't cause breakouts.

I got my Rimmel's Lash Maxxx Mascara at Walmart for $5 (it was on sale, I believe that it is normally $8).
Claims: The mascara will make your lashes 3x the length of your regular lashes.
I bought this mascara because number 1, I love Rimme's products, and number 2, it was all over Japanese fashion magazines (I know, even the japanese love it!). This told me something, that it should be decent if not really awesome.
What I love:
- It lengthens! (Horray!) Never have I used a mascara that lengthened and brought out my lashes this much in just ONE coat!
- The cute comb applicator must have something to do with how well it coats my tiny asian lashes.
- No flaking or mascara raccoon eyes at the end of the day.
- Keeps my lashes curled throughout the day, no droopy lashes for me!
What I dislike:
Nothing! I love this mascara, it's my favorite one out of the 15 or so I have.
All in all:
This is an amazing mascara. It coats your lashes well, lengthens, and brings out my lashes like no tomorrow. For the drugstore price that it's at, it is also affordable to everyone! Now would be a perfect time to head out and grab your own (*hint).
