I recently purchased the Camelia coat from Soia & Kyo as part of a promotional offer through Chick Advisor. It was the sales rep who suggested I give the Camelia a try although I would not have picked it off the rack on my own. Normally I would wear a size Small in most coats but I had to size up due to my curvy hips. What I love most about the Camelia is that it is figure flattering with so much functionality in the design. The puffy bib looks stylish and will help keep the cold out. I have no doubt it will be ideal for those blistering cold winter days, I was overheating just trying it on in the store. The massive hood will surely come in handy and not blow off like most poorly designed hoods. Lastly, the Camelia doubles as a very versatile design that can be worn with casual or more dressy attire. I am a true believer, you get what you pay for. The Camelia from Soia & Kyo will be a staple in my winter wardrobe for many years to come. -

When I first heard of Soia & Kyo through this wonderful offer from Chick Advisor, I was super excited to visit their flagship store in Square One. As a diehard online shopper, it was a refreshing experience to shop in person. Immediately upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Nadine, the Store Manager. Nadine immediately got to work qualifying what I was looking for in terms of style, season, and size to start making some recommendations. When we quickly ruled out the styles I normally go for, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Nadine was really up for the challenge. She pulled a few other coats which I would have never thought to try and ended up loving two of them. My difficult decision was made pretty easy since Nadine was so knowledgeable with the temperatures ratings for each coat and pointing out key features that are essential for our cold Canadian winters. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful, I am so happy Nadine was there to help me that day. The store is beautifully setup, I was really impressed with my first visit to Soia & Kyo and would definitely recommend shopping at their Square One location. -

Regrettably, I didn't find the applicator brush to separate or coat my lashes creating much volume. It's a good mascara for natural looking lashes in my opinion but doesn't create a full appearance for those of us looking for a bold lash. I would not waste your money on this one. -

The silky formula goes on easy, doesn't require a lot and ensures your face has a nice smooth finished complexion. I find it works well with my combination skin and doesn't cause any irritation on my sensitive skin. A good buy for the pricepoint. -

So many ladies swear by the Stila Liquid Eyeliner pens but I was extremely disappointed even returning the first one as defective to Sephora and getting a replacement. The applicator tip never got saturated enough for a crisp line, causing it to look patchy and uneven pigmentation. I am a regular liquid eye liner wearing for years and this one really failed to impress me. The felt tip was always dry and the pen seemed to run dry in under a month. I won't be buying Stila liquid eyeliner pens again. -
