Dempster's 100% Whole Grains 12 Grain Bread
We loved this product lots of goodness and hasnt got a sweet taste like alot of the other breads ....my autistic son dont eat alot of bread but he loved this one and loved picking the seeds out one by one ......thanks for a great product

i love this cereal as is a whole grain cereal it fills you up and make u feel full until lunch time and it keeps u regular too. not to heavy not to light its just right .
