It also has helped immensely on a patch eczema on my elbow which has been troubling me for years - it used to be all red, scalely and getting larger, now it has finally calmed down and started to heal. I don't know what I would do without this cream! -

I was surprised by the shape of these because they are quite large and triangular (very different than the standard patches). I haven't used these on my face because the only acne I get that leaves purple or red spots is typically on my body.
While these haven't removed the discoloration, it seems to be helping it along the way.
