I was recently shopping at Victoria Secret in a town which is 2 hours from home. I purchased several bras. When I got home I realized that one of the bras had a strap sewn on backwards (it was twisted and could not be untwisted without undoing the stitches). I contacted customer service and explained the situation and as I lived to far to exchange the product in store they sent me a gift card for the full price of the bra. I was able to purchase a new bra and I am going to take the other bra to a seamstress to get fixed. Although there was a defect in the bra, customer service handled it amazingly! -

China Glaze Shades of Grey Ombre Nail Polish
Love the ombre look. It goes from dark grey to almost white and then has a sparkle on top. Looks great on your hands. I like that it comes with little hexagonal sponges which make applying the ombre look so much easier!
