I've been using the 24 hour spray for a while now and it works very well to hold my fine long hair in place. (Oh those little baby hairs that stick up on your forehead...yes...this helps!) Great scent, holds well and for the day. One small issue... +

Bought the Dove Men + Care Grain body and face bars for my son to try. (He loves his baths and making potions with the liquid soap, so I thought I'd try a solid bar and see if that 'saved' me from more mixed soaps being made.) Turns out he LOVES it! He likes the grains and feels clean after using it. He smells so grown up after a bath! I enjoy the scent and the fact he can use this on his face to help reduce the oils for blemishes. -
Degree® Women Clinical Protection Sheer Powder Antiperspirant Stick
A little higher priced than other Antiperspirants....but compatible in price to the same Clinical lines. The Degree works well so you have a better than average protection against sweat. Two thumbs up.

I recently tried a .17 oz size of the Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara from one of the online trial bag offers I had paid for. I have to say I'm impressed. This mascara added volume to my lashes and made them feel and appear thicker. (I have some seriously thin eyelashes so this is a treat for me!) I usually put on two different Mascara's to get a thicker, longer look and didn't need to this time. It sells online for $24 for a 3oz (A little more than say CoverGirl and drugstore brands, but worth it!) -

I received the CND VINYLUX Weekly Polish and Top Coast as a trial for free in exchange for my honest review of the product. Both my 16 year old daughter and I each have tried it to give it a good try. We both enjoy the color Salmon Run #181, it's a great neutral that will go with anything. Personally I found it to go on quite thin and streaky. It did dry on the first coat fairly quickly, but the second coat didn't seam to fill out all the unevenness and I needed to put a third coat on to pull off the proper color that it needed. This did result in a LONG drying period. (It also ended up causing two smudges...ugh) The top coat is Awesome though! Love the top coat!! It went on so easy. Probably one of the nicest and easiest ones I've used in a while.
Now, the downfall...next day I had chips already (maybe because I had 3 layers plus the top coat?) I did a touch up to mine and it seemed to be good for the next two days then started chipping again. My daughters went for three days before she started noticing little chips on hers and I suggested just touching up and a quick top coat to protect it.
I'm going to give it another go and see if two coats will get get me closer to the one week.

My family and I have always enjoyed Canada Dry products knowing that they are made from Real Ginger. The first few sips of this and I knew we had another winner!!! I had only brought the box into the house and within 5 minutes both of our kids (age 16 and 11) were on board trying out the new Blackberry Ginger Ale as well. It is light and refreshing, closer to the soda side and not overwhelming. Easy to drink simply on it's own, or will make for a nice light summer adult beverage with maybe vodka and some frozen blackberries to garnish and a sprig of mint. -
