I thought I would try this out as I've had unrefreshing sleep for quite some time given the variability of my schedule. I do not take medications for this as they are often quite sedating and impairing for hours after you've woken up, and thus can be quite unsafe. This product did not work well for me, as it did not relieve my restlessness or insomnia, and in fact, I was more stressed thinking about the potential side effects to actually have restful sleep!! -

I received this product free to try as a disclaimer. I will mention that I was unaware that you need a home LEDUV light in order to use this product so I actually had to borrow one from someone else. Beware before you are buying! Overall I would say that it can get a bit messy to apply as it is quite fluid, and if you don’t let your nails set with the light the results aren’t great. It took me several tries but I did manage to get an adequate manicure out of this although it did not last as long as a regular gel or shellac manicure. I’m not sure if I would purchase this again but if you have an LED light at home you may wish to give us a try. -

Overall I’m not a huge fan of alternative milk products as they don’t really live up to the same taste as original milk, however I understand that there is a role in place for these products for those who cannot tolerate conventional cows milk-based products. This one had a mild almond flavour and was not overly sweet. Again I wasn’t a huge fan of the flavour as it taste very diluted. This may be suitable for those with particular dietary needs although I’ll pass. -

However, after reading the ingredient list, I had a number of concerns; although it has a lower sugar content versus other brands, there is still a significant amount of sugar in both the vanilla and chocolate shakes. The taste was acceptable, but not particularly strong in chocolate flavour. -

wahoo natural deoderent paste
Not a big fan overall - Is it 'better' than a conventional deoderant? Not in my opinion.... Just wash your 'pits frequently if you don't want to use either a deoderant or antiperspirant!!

I just tried this product, along with another Sahale nut product, and overall I'm impressed with the brand. I tried the Maple Pecan Glazed Mix and it's a nice sweet and salty blend. The price of these products is a bit steep as the packages themselves are on the small size. As someone who actually makes her own flavoured nuts, it's definitely more cost-effective to make your own, and to your own liking, but these are great on the go options. -
