I love the Krinos brand for their authentic Greek products. This one is reminiscent of spanakopita and is so flavourful! Itt’s great as a starter and a welcom addition to any mezze platter. The only downside to it is that it is definitely not the most healthy option given the ingredients, so enjoy in moderation, especially if you're enjoying a large Greek feast! -

I’ve recently tried several of the Kind brand products, and I’m glad they focus on simple ingredients that are in general, as they suggest, healthy. This chocolate and sea salt flavoured bar is delicious, although just because they say it is healthy it does not negate the fact that there are significant amounts of sugars, calories and even carbs loaded up into one small bar. Overall if you’re looking for snack options that do you have healthier ingredients that you can enjoy on occasion, check these out! -

This is a really great Mexican style green salsa that is not too spicy with a bit of a tang if you’d like that. I prefer my salsas to be on the spicier side, however, with less tang, so it’s not my favorite, but still a great condiment. The La Costena brand is known for their authentic recipes and products. The only downside to this is that once you open it, you do you have to consume it rather quickly as it does spoil given the ingredients. -

I’ve been a long time user of the Glade brand as I find their products to be reliable and effective. I’ve tried a number of the automatic fresheners and I love the scent of the Hawaiian breeze. I like the fact that it provides freshness sort of on demand i.e. when it detects movement around the area. Some of the scents can be overwhelming if the freshener is placed in an area of high traffic, although the aroma dissipates quickly. Overall, a great product, although the refills can be costly for this product. -

I think the Aperol spritz is officially the drink of summer 2021! This classic beverage seems to be making its way onto every restaurant and bar menu and for a good reason! If you haven’t yet tried it, it’s a refreshing and sweet summer cocktail and with this Aperol product, you can adjust the taste to your liking. I will forewarn though, that this is an acquired taste, and it took me some time to find the right recipe to my liking as it can be overly sweet. However, there are definitely ways to lighten it up. Give it a try and enjoy! -

I rarely give makeup products, or any other product for that matter, a five out of five stars, but I was so surprised by this mascara because it deserves it! The Marcelle brand is known for their reputation in providing products that are safe for most individuals including hypoallergenic products and for those with sensitive skin. This product also holds up to that reputation. It is easy to apply and easy to remove and does not aggravate the eyes. I was really shocked at how small the mascara wand is and it is called nano, but still, the lengthening and curl provided by this teeny tiny wand is exceptional! I really liked the deep black colour of this mascara as well as it makes the eyes pop! Overall, this is honestly one of the best drugstore brand mascaras that I have found that actually lives up to the reputation and it’s so affordable as well! Give it a try! -

I love juicy and delicious Dole pineapples, and this 100% pineapple juice is equally as delicious! When consumed cold, it’s even more thirst quenching and refreshing! It’s great on its own or as a mixer. I would recommend however buying it in the tetra packs or plastic packaging rather than the metal can as you do get the tin taste from the can which ruins the flavour of this wonderful juice -
