I love to eat fresh mangos, but I also love to cook with them, and I find this mango pulp to be so versatile and a great shortcut! It's a hassle to peel, cut and puree mango so this saves quite a bit of time. The product is smooth and luxurious, and can be eaten straight out of the can if you wish, but also makes a great low-calorie dip for fruit, or you can add it to your baking. It's delicious and also makes a killer milkshake! I've also just put it into an ice cream maker on its own, and voila, frozen sorbet, or you if you add it into an ice cream base, ice cream! Yum! -
