Clearly by my rating, not a fan. I gave it part marks though as it comes in a recyclable container at least. I'm not a fan of brands and products that use tag lines and 'gimmicky' statements like 'alkaline water' and claim benefits; sorry, but there is little to no 'evidence' behind their statements as follows: "Flow Alkaline Spring Water offers your body a more alkaline balance and keeps you hydrated to stay focused, healthy and happy."Furthermore, I tried the 'collagen and cucumber' variety, and again was less than impressed. Sure, it tastes like cucumber, but do you REALLY want to be drinking collagen? Do you know where that 'grass-fed collagen is coming from?' I checked the website and online, no info...
Sorry, I'll stick to regular H20!!

I use Rapid Relief compresses on a daily basis, and honestly, they provide such comfort and relief for all aches and pains! They can be used hot or cold, but I prefer the heat. They have many different sizes available for use, and you can adjust the heat level to your comfort. I can't get through a day without using one! -

This is an amazing 'new' brand for us here in Canada, but according to their founders: "Neale’s Sweet N Nice ice cream,[is] a brand that originated in 1940s Trinidad and Tobago, restarted in Canada in 2013 with just two flavours; Mango and Coconut." They've expanded on the original 2 flavours, and have an incredible and unique lineup. I love the background and story of the company, and their commitment to quality products. Congrats on your success! Give these a try, they're delicious! -

Unfortunately companies try to take advantage of consumers with fancy tag lines and promises, touting miraculous results with the use of their products. In this recent day and age, it's become the 'trend' for companies to claim the health benefits of products and ingredients, which may in fact actually harm the public and/or have no regulation through the FDA, Health Canada, etc.
This particular product (and similar ones) tout the benefits of charcoal; however, please do not simply 'listen' to these claims and give in.
