I thought I would try this out as I've had unrefreshing sleep for quite some time given the variability of my schedule. I do not take medications for this as they are often quite sedating and impairing for hours after you've woken up, and thus can be quite unsafe. Melatonin has been used for quite some time as a sleep aid; however, the additional ingredients such as passionflower have questionable empiric evidence to support their utility (and safety). Furthermore, I was concerned about the addition of California poppy, which is essentially an opiate.
This product did not work well for me, as it did not relieve my restlessness or insomnia, and in fact, I was more stressed thinking about the potential side effects to actually have restful sleep!!
As with all 'natural' products, these are not regulated by the FDA/Health Canada, and can cause unanticipated side effects and adverse events, which they are not required to report or monitor. It would be better to seek the assistance of a physician to better assess the underlying issues.

Unfortunately the product did not live up to its claims of being the 'invincible fullest coverage foundation.' I have been using products such as Dermablend, CoverFX and Urban Decay's "All Nighter" foundation, which come with steeper pricetags, thus I was looking for something that would be more reasonably priced.
This product is thicker and creamier than the average drugstore brand; however, it does not provide nearly the same degree of coverage, nor is it particularly long-lasting.
It was worth a try, but I'll be going back to my trusted products.

Save your money! I purchased these because I was desperate for a last-minute quick fix for my terrible looking nails. The look overall was too artificial. They come with adhesive tabs, and if you don't apply them carefully or with tweezers, they wrinkle, creating air bubbles. The glue provided isn't much better either.
When I used the adhesive tabs, after the first day, the adhesive started to seep out of the sides, resulting in clumping and collection of things coming into contact with my hands (ie lint, dirt, etc).
It recommends to not keep these on for more than 5 days, although after 1 day, I wanted to take them off!

I've used it as a hand soap, and again, it does not remove contaminants on the hands, and leaves them quite dry overall. I wouldn't recommend this product overall. -
President's choice mixed fruit
I love the variety of PC frozen fruit products! This is a nice mix of fruits overall which I've used in desserts, as toppings, or just eating the fruit on its own. It's a great option when you want these fruits and they are out of season.

For a facial cleanser, this is adequate; however, it's touted for its ability to clean your pores and purify. In those regards, I didn't find it to be especially beneficial. As someone who wears waterproof and long-lasting makeup, this definitely did not remove all of it. I would say it's a pretty 'generic' cleanser overall, but nothing special. -
