I believe this is a new product/scent from Bath and Body Works' fall line. I really like it a lot! It has shea butter and vitamin E mixed in to make it extra moisturizing on your skin, and it really does make my skin feel lovely after a long day. It also smells delicious! It's citrusy, but also sweet at the same time -- not at all how I was expecting it to smell, actually, (because of the pomegranate in the name) but I really like it!! It made my skin feel soft and hydrated, and I like that I can still faintly smell it on my skin -- but that it's not super overpowering. It also lathers really nicely and I find that it can even be used as a sub-in for a shave gel/lotion on my legs because of that, which rocks! For $13.50 a bottle it is a bit expensive in my opinion, but I really enjoy using it, so I think I'll wait till B&BW;has a sale/coupon before I repurchase, because they often have fantastic deals!! I'm definitely a fan, and would highly recommend this body wash! -

I am definitely a fan of this liner. I think that a common misconception, however, is that it'll be easy to use on your first try -- heads up, this will probably not be the case for most of us! It takes practice to get used to manoeuvring this liner; there's definitely a learning curve here! I found that I had to practice and play with it a few times before I was able to get the perfect cat eye down pat. But now that I have gotten used it it, I'm loving this! I've even been getting more compliments on my eyes lately! I love that this liner comes on very opaque -- once you've gotten the proper technique down, there's no need to retrace your lines multiple times! In fact, I actually try to avoid doing this because I find that it makes the liner more likely to flake off. Also, another tip -- make sure you clean off the tip before each use. This will ensure that you don't have old, gross product that's hardened coming off on your eyes! Also, this product can be pretty difficult to get off (which is, unfortunately, a big con) so you really have to make sure that you're uber careful when you're applying it, so that you don't end up making a mistake. However, overall, despite this and the fact that it's expensive, it's definitely one of the better liquid eyeliners I've tried, so I would repurchase this :)! I love the way it makes my eyes pop. -

I received a sample of this cleanser from a cosmetician at Shoppers Drug Mart after I asked her for a recommendation for a makeup remover. She assured me that I would absolutely love this, and I also really like the brand's sunscreen, so I had high hopes for this product. The cleanser is pretty gentle, however, it really didn't do a great job of removing my makeup or making my face feel clean! The bottle specifically states that it's for both "face and eyes," but when it came to removing my mascara, it really didn't do much -- other than giving me raccoon eyes, haha. I felt like I really had to work at removing my mascara with this product -- which I hate, because I love my eye lashes and really don't want to cause them to fall out prematurely by rubbing! Although it removed a bit of it, I mostly just felt like it just smeared my makeup around to other areas of my face instead of helping me take it off. I washed my face with this three times in a row and when applying cloth to my face there was still quite a bit of foundation and mascara left over; my face really didn't feel clean at all after using this. Also, I know the product is "fragrance-free" but I really didn't love the chemical-y scent it has. I'm really disappointed with this product; it didn't do what it was supposed to and it really just made a mess instead of making the process of washing my face faster/easier/more enjoyable. I feel lucky that I got to try a sample of this before deciding to purchase the larger bottle and that I didn't waste my money! -

This has become a staple in my makeup bag, and in many of my friends' as well! Before I got my hands on it, I didn't really understand what all of the hype was about, but this really is a wonderful, versatile palette! I have the original Naked palette, and I love the neutral shades so, so much! They look great on pretty much anyone, and they're lovely for an everyday, more natural look, but you can also build them up for night time, which is fantastic. The pigment is absolutely gorgeous, and they blend really beautifully as well! I love using Hustle, Dark Horse, and Virgin for a smokey eye when I'm going out. The packaging is also super pretty, and the eyeshadow brush it comes with is great as well -- perfect for blending, and really good quality. It's also super long lasting, which I love, and just from how much I've been using it over the last year or so, I know that this palette won't be running out anytime soon! It is one of the more expensive palettes out there, but I definitely feel like it's worth it -- and since I personally scored this by redeeming a bunch of my Shoppers Optimum points, I really can't complain!! Can't wait to try the other Naked palettes too!! -

I was first introduced to the Jane Iredale brand and this particular product when I started working as a receptionist / boutique clerk in a spa in my hometown, and thus originally had to learn about the brand because of my job. I quickly fell in love with this product, and I'm so glad that my job at the time introduced me to this wonderful makeup line!! The Jane Iredale Amazing Base really is "amazing"! It provides phenomenal coverage, never looks cakey, blends in really nicely, and always feels soft and lightweight on my skin. Because it's a mineral powder, you can apply it as a powder or by adding a bit of water to it, and it looks great either way -- it's your preference! I often have trouble finding exact matches for my skin tone so I love that their shade "Natural" is perfect for me. It's a long lasting product that's easy to re-apply if you're going out at night and you need a quick touch up. I also found that it did a great job of keeping the slightly oily areas of my face shine-free, and that it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin or make me break out. Oh the Sp It is on the pricier side but it's very worth it, in my opinion -- it's a very high end product and I would definitely recommend it! -

This is one of my favourite Lush products! The citrusy smell is soooo delicious and super energizing -- I love using it in the shower in the mornings because the blast of Vitamin C and the yummy scent wakes me right up! The soap does an amazing job of making me feel squeaky clean, and I love that the small pieces of what I believe are orange rind in the soap provide me with a nice, gentle exfoliation. I've been reading a lot about exfoliants lately and how millions of plastic microbeads from various products are now building up in lakes and oceans around the world (sooo sad!) so I really love that this product provides a much more natural and eco-friendly way for me to exfoliate and make my skin feel nice and smooth! As with all Lush products, it's also a huge plus that it's cruelty free! It is definitely on the more expensive side when it comes to soaps, but I absolutely think that it's worth it. A small bar tends to last me quite awhile, and there are sooo many pros that outweigh the price. I've repurchased it a few times in the past, and will continue to do so in the future! Love this soap!! -

I have been using this foundation for a few years now, and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the product. It offers a great amount of coverage, never looks cakey on my skin, and lasts for hours! I really love the brand Smashbox too because of the fact that they're cruelty free. I also really like that the shade 1.1 is a perfect match for my skin tone -- sometimes I have had trouble finding other matches for it in the past, perhaps because I have a unique combination of ethnicities. It can be really frustrating to not be able to find your perfect shade, so I've stuck with this foundation/brand for awhile now because it does match so nicely and it's a great foundation in general. The major downfall, though, is the price. One small bottle does last me for months, however, since it's a higher end brand it's a lot to shell out each time I have to repurchase it. For now I'll continue buying it because I do like it a lot, but I would love it if I were able to find a cheaper foundation that's cruelty free and offers many of the same pros. -

This is sooo yummy; I'm so glad that Starbucks has come out with another delicious vegetarian sandwich! This is basically like a fancy grilled cheese -- portobello mushrooms are one of my favourite foods, and the red peppers and arugula really add to the flavour, and I'm not sure what kind of condiment/sauce is inside but it's yummy too! The bread is soft and delicious too. Though it's expensive, I consider this to be a treat, and really enjoy eating it, so I could see myself buying it again. I can see myself getting a craving for this in the future! It's definitely one of those sandwiches that you should ask them to heat up. -

I've been fighting a really pesky cold over the last couple of days and decided that I wanted to purchase some vitamin C to help me boost my immune system. I have never enjoyed swallowing pills and often forget to take my vitamins on a regular basis, so when I saw these on sale at my local drugstore I decided to give them a chance! They were on sale for $8.99 for the smaller pack of 70 vitamins, so I felt that this was a pretty typical amount that one would normally spend on vitamins and decided to try them out. I love how they taste! They're fun to take, and there's no gross after taste that you sometimes get with other vitamins when you take these, which I absolutely love. It's also great that they come in a variety of different types and flavours; I'm really looking forward to trying the MultiVites pack as well as the B12 one, because as a long time vegetarian, that's something that I'm usually deficient in. To be fair, I have just started taking these so I can't really comment on the long term effectiveness of them, but I do feel that taking these has already given me a little energy boost, which is awesome. I don't think I will go back to taking regular vitamins after discovering these -- they're awesome! -
