The Perversion mascara by Urban Decay works really well for me, I have medium length lashes and this makes them fuller and longer than any mascara I've ever tried.
The only down part for me was that the applicator brush is really soft so the products does clumpt up easily. Also, the formula is pretty wet, so if you curl your lashes like I do (I have straight half asian lashes) you will need to use the curler a second time after the application.    -
