i know most people shy away from talking about birth control but here it is. The Mirena is an IUD and I have to say I was hesitant at first but I have been using it for 7yrs and I love it. You don't have to worry if you took your pill or got your shot or if the condom broke. It has many benefits, I have little to no period with no other pms symptoms, it only needs to be changed every 5yrs(which was a bit uncomfortable but with the cervix softer it was okay) plus if you want to get pregnant again you can have it removed and be able to conceive right away. I recommended this form a birth control to both my sister-in-laws and they too love it. We've all had 2 children but were unsure if we wanted more this device gives us a choice. It is worth looking into for women who have had children. My drug plan covered the cost so I'm not quite sure the price but I think it's around $400 but well worth it for 5 years of birth control I think. Hope this helps anyone out there looking for an alternative to the pill. -

My 11yr old son wanted this for his birthday so as the dutiful parents we got it for him. He loved it. It's lots of fun to play but we found out that it needs lots of light and our living room does not provide enough at night which is when he would get to play it was okay in the summer when the days were longer but now that winter is here ....well needless to say he got frustrated and doesn't play it much these days but I'm hopeful he'll pick it back up when the sun stays out longer. I know I could add more light to the room but instead of playing the games he's reading so I'll leave the extra lights were they are..lol -

I have fine hair and most treatments leave it greasy and flat. I received a sample of the Dove Nutritive Therapy from their website and I was pleasantly surprised. I used it after shampooing with my regular shampoo (Not a Dove Product) and then blew dry my hair as I usually do minus the extra product I usually use. I was skeptical this would work as no others have but it did. Now I am not 100% frizz free but with no use of anything else it is 80% frizz free and it smells wonderful. My hair is light and soft. This product is worth looking into if you have a frizz problem. I like that they sent a sample for me to try before I went out a bought it . Now I will buy it and not worry if it will end up in the hair product graveyard...lol Hope this helps. -

Apply the vick's to your feet and put on a pair of socks. This is great for the little ones because the vapors still reach their nose but the heat of the vick's is not on the tender skin on their chest or neck. -

Then add a clear top coat.(I highly recommend you do this or the Crack will just fall off). It looks good but is a bugger to get off. It comes in many colors and is fun to use if you have the time. Over all it's an okay product and it looks cool . -

I bought this product on sale and I must say I will pay full price for it. I have very fine brittle hair and after just two treatments my hair feels softer and stronger. It smells great and for me, it does what is says....This maybe because my hair was so far gone any treatment would have worked but I highly recommend it for the price it couldn't hurt to give it a try
