Honestly, I find it's nice, I had jaw surgery a few years ago and sometimes have trouble opening my mouth wide enough. but after using the toothbrush, it changed my views. The head is small so it's easy to reach in the back of my teeth and gums, the ultra-soft bristles are perfect when you have sensitive gums. I find it does clean very well and you don't need to press hard at all!!!! I definitely recommend this -
