Sparkle Kitty is a really cute and fun word game based on the popular card game Uno. In Sparkle Kitty, you match words, colors or symbols to create spells to free your princess from her castle. With the addition of dark magic, you can add to your opponent's tower to assure their princesses stay trapped while you work to free yours. The spells end up being random words, so there's an element of hilarity to this game. You might end up with a giggle overload, or a bunny vortex with this one. The cards are pretty basic, but the backs are printed with castle parts and are what you use to assemble your castle that your princess resides in. The princesses are varied from bookworms, little girls, and strong girls that look like they are fully capable of saving themselves. I love the variety of the images they used for the princesses. There's even one blank princess card so you can make your own princess either by drawing or with a photo you have of a family member or loved one. Overall, a fun game which is easy for even younger players to pick up. Our 7 year old daughter grasped how to play within one game. -

We absolutely love LOL Surprise in this house. I have lost count how many of these balls from all the different series we have around here plus the stash waiting for Christmas. It's safe to say we have an LOL obsessed kiddo here. So, when I saw the Bling (glitter) series, I had to order 2. One for now and one to hang on the Christmas tree because the ball is actually an ornament with a stand inside so you can hang your girls on the tree, if you wish. Our ball had Beats inside and she's super cute and glittery. She also had a manufacturing defect, which was the reason for my lower review rating. I'm currently waiting on MGA to contact me on what can be done about a doll with a backward leg who can't wear her shoes or stand in her ornament ball. I rated this a probably to buy again because while I am concerned about the flaw, I had my daughter open the one that was being saved for Christmas early as it appeared to be part of the same batch of toys as Beats (pictured) was. This time she got Heartbreaker, and she had no flaws at all. I'm leery to get more, but if I found them at a decent price, I'd take the chance again that it might have a flaw. -

These guys are surprisingly hard to find. I've only managed to find them twice (at GameStop and at Kohl's) we were able to snag one the other day, and I'm really pleased with the quality. Very cute stuffed animal with an egg they can be stored in and rehatch from again and again. There's 25 (I believe) to collect in Season 1 of these little guys. Soft, sparkly and everything you'd expect from Hatchimals. -

I ordered this for my 7 year old to use for an Advent Calendar for this year. It comes with an exclusive limited edition doll, Jet Set Cutie. In each of the compartments there's an article of clothing (one item per box/day) for her to wear. There's one hat, one necklace, 4 pairs of shoes, one purse, one pair of glasses and a few outfits. For $30, it is a little steep for such small items, but keeping in mind that each doll with her accessories run $10-$14 it's not a bad value. Besides, what's more fun than getting a large wardrobe for your LOL While counting down the days to Christmas? -

My daughter got one of these little Wrapples (Una the unicorn) and she absolutely loves it. It acts a lot like a Fingerling, but it's got a snap bracelet tail so you can wear it on your wrist while it chatters away at you. There's an option where they can talk to another Wrapple, which sounds cute. We have yet to get another to test that aspect out, though. The toy seems well made, sturdy and is very cute. At $15 per Wrapple, it gives you a lot of bang for your buck, which is getting increasingly rare with toys these days. -
