A moisturizing miracle, that's what Aveeno's Daily Moisturizing Body Yogurt Lotion is. It did everything I wished all those other lotions would do that I've tried over the years. I say sincerely that Aveeno has a new enthusiastic customer.
The first thing that impressed me was the dreamy cozy scent of vanilla that remains through the whole day. It's gorgeous.
The second thing was how smoothly and easily it was applied - it glided on.
The third thing that impressed me over the next 24 hours was that there was no need for reapplication for an incredible ongoing softness. The areas where I battled dry skin for years were transformed and relieved. That was the final factor - I was glad I just ran out of my previous body lotion because I knew I'd never use it again.
Thank you, Aveeno, for such an amazing body lotion.

I had the opportunity to review Aveeno's Vanilla & Oats Body Wash just at the time when I've already tried others in an attempt to reverse my itchy dry skin from Winter. The results with Aveeno were immediate - after the very first use my skin was soothed and silky!
The scent was the most pleasant I've experienced. The body washes I've tried previously not only didn't live up to their moisturizing promises but also had a disappointing flat scent. Not Aveeno! They made the scent as much a part of the experience as the moisturizing. The scent is heavenly - almost a honey scent with the vanilla.
Now that the harsh prairie Winter has given way to its equally harsh Summer sun, I have Aveeno's Yogurt Body Wash for a gentle moisturizing needed after exposure to the sun.
My search for the perfect body wash is over.

All of the J.R. Watkins beeswax lip balms rival the 'other' popular beeswax brand and their peppermint lip balm actually comes out on top. That's because the lip balm itself glides on without thick residue and the peppermint is pleasantly noticeable but not overpowering. The peppermint is from pure peppermint oil and it just feels like good quality all around.
I'm lucky to start this summer with a new tube of it for those sun-kissed makeup-free days, where sunglasses and peppermint lip balm are all you need.

I initially bought the chocolate Screamin Brothers frozen dessert, made with coconut milk, because I heard it had some organic and wholesome ingredients. I bought it and told myself that I may be happy with it as long as I reminded myself it wasn't ice cream upon testing it.
Well, I didn't need to ready myself at all. It was AMAZING! It's as good or better than real dairy ice cream (like Haagen-Dazs, etc.) only check out these ingredients: organic raw cacao, local Alberta raw honey, organic coconut milk, local and organic fruit, and lots of other favourable ingredients. This is a dessert that's good for you!
Screamin Brothers chocolate has a good steady chocolate taste to it so having one or two scoops is satisfying. This is good because due to the above ingredients it can be understandably pricey compared to lesser brands, but I always like to add fruit so I have a full dessert without having to use so much.

Nike Air Zoom Pegasus are runners that allowed me to become a runner.
A few years ago I began walking long distances as a beginner but could never get myself to begin jogging as I was always in pain as it was from walking. It turns out my pain was due to my high arches causing underpronation of my feet. After researching this issue and reading reviews, I went to buy my first pair of Nike Pegasus, made for underpronation.
Immediately my life of exercise opened up and I was able to work my way up to being a runner.
Nike is an extremely high quality brand with the latest in colours and styles. The price is reasonable when you're a runner and need the protection these runners give. I love Nike wear, but these runners were a life-changer. Highly, highly recommended for those with high arches.

I've had to find a new scent when the one I wore for 20 years became changed over the years and just didn't have the happiness in it that it used to. Juicy Couture's Viva La Juicy is one of the scents that I moved on to.
The only reason I can't be as fully excited as the scent wants me to be is the fact that it can give me a headache so others who find themselves with scent sensitivities may want to try this before purchasing. I love the scent so much that I just wear it away from my head and neck. The positive reviews here shows that most people don't have such a sensitivity to it.
I wholly recommend you give Viva La Juicy a try!

I had this bar in the morning and it's given me a great energy boost, something I notice readily with CFS/Fibromyalgia. It's also filling so I could see it used as a meal replacement as well as a protein supplement.
It would have been nice to see it without the inclusion of soy as many people have issues with it but on the whole I recommend this PowerBar, especially for the energy boost it gives!

I was most impressed by the energy boost I got soon after eating this. I have CFS/Fibromyalgia so I really notice when something gives me energy, and this did on a significant level! It also left me satisfied where I wasn't hungry for several hours later, so I may choose to also use this as a meal replacement when needed.
I personally don't like the inclusion of soy as it's a problematic ingredient for many people, but it is a great product altogether. I would buy this protein bar, especially in this flavour.

Alka-Seltzer says it's an antacid and pain relief medicine, and I wholly recommend it for anyone with pain. Nothing has helped my Fibromyalgia pain but Alka-Seltzer; nothing, and I've tried just about everything except for addictive opiods. I thought there would be no relief for me until I read someone else with Fibro recommending Alka-Seltzer.
I tried it and it works! I don't know what about it that makes it so miraculous but it seems to me that it has the perfect balance of ASA, baking soda, and citric acid that soothes the muscle inflammation and just gives a general ease of pain and discomfort. Fibromyalgia pain is pervasive and tough to lessen, so if Alza-Seltzer works for it then I could only imagine how well it would work for just about aches and pains of the general sort.

My sister told me about this, and I'm sure it would be extremely helpful to those with strong anxiety. I have occasional lighter anxiety so I take this at nighttime due to it causing me drowsiness and I still feel the great calming effect throughout the next day. I understand through my sister and other reviews that it doesn't cause drowsiness in a lot of people so they can take it during the day.
I use the 100 mg chewable tablets for their convenience and which have a great taste, but they come in capsule form as well.
