The company broke up with me after my repeated reports that their cups arrived straight from the delivery car/truck defrosted. I've received cups even on days in the 50s which isn't hot out but the dry ice had already completely melted. It was stressful having to deal with that each shipment so I'm glad we've parted ways. The smoothies were yummy though but even ones that I thought made it ok refroze in my freezer and became a solid chunk of fruit which takes the easy of of this service as you can just dump it into a single serve blender if it's an ice block. Only the very first box I got was still frozen ok. Every other shipment has issues. I wish it would have worked out because they were convenient and healthy. I don't know where they ship from but if you're far from them or live in a warm climate, their service may not work out. Customer service though was friendly each time I reached out to them. They did try.    -
