We work so hard for our money that we shouldn't have to give it away. It's great that we have the opportunity to try before we buy; maybe not for clothes but that would be awesome. I hope that you find a new workout that will challenge you. I too try to rotate and give my body a challenge. When it gets too easy and you can do the workout without thinking then you know it's time to move on. A variety of exercises is good for your body and for your mind to keep them both sharp and healthy. Fitness is a way of life and a great way to stay in tune with your body. I feel so much better after a workout and feel horrible if I have to skip. Sometimes life is so busy but any type of workout will tell your body that you mean business and to stay on track.
