I love Physician Formula products and the Shimmer Strips have to be my all time favorite. I love products that have versatile uses to them (makes me feel better when spending a high price for the product!) I use this mainly as a bronzer/highlighter for the face, but it can also be used as an eyeshadow, giving you 5 different shades to play with. I have fair skin with rosy undertones and am using the "Vegas Strip" which is a shimmery golden hue. It is available in 6 different shades, so make sure to get the right shade for your skin tone, as some can make your skin look a little dirty if applied incorrectly, or if using a very dark tone. I find that the Vegas strip gives a very luminous, sunlight glow and applies very smoothly with little need for blending. The darker shades can be great for contouring. I wish the price was a little lower, but I am definitely not disappointed with the product. As an eyeshadow, it works well for a summery look, great for wearing at the beach. It did not crease on my lids and did stay on for a good while without fading. They are fairly pigmented as well. Would consider buying again. -

The Moisture Extreme Lipstick from Maybelline is one of the best drugstore lipsticks on the market, mainly for its cheap price (i.e., which is almost always on sale), its spf 15 protection, and its long wearing quality. I appreciate that it comes in a variety of beautiful shades (26 in all) and it adds wonderful hydrating moisture to the lips (i.e., it's moisturizing effects come from jojoba oil and shea butter). Lips feel supple and color does not bleed onto the outer edge. This lipstick has lasted me for hours without the need for re-application, and it did not make my lips feel flaky like some other brands do. It is a great alternative to high end brands which sometimes do not offer the added bonus of an spf. Very easy to apply straight from the tube or with a lip brush. Very impressed! -

The Tendertone Lip Balm SPF 12 collection from M.A.C. is one of my favorite. They come in a variety of gorgeous colors. I bought mine in Pucker, which is a raspberry tone, but they also have some in pink, bronze and more neutral tones. It does look like it has shimmer, but when you apply it it does not glitter up the lips, Instead, the color goes on sheer, and leaves a beautiful tint and light, satin shine. However, if you are looking for a product that leaves tons of color on your lips, then this is not for you. It is great for those who do not like to be overpowered by color and like to keep things natural. My lips feel immediately conditioned and moisturized as I apply it and the scent of strawberry/kiwi is good enough to eat! I love the fact that the product comes off looking like a gloss with the added sun protection of a lip balm. It can be worn alone or over lipstick. It does not feel tacky or sticky like some glosses or lip balms tend to feel. The packaging is also very sleek and professional looking. I wish the price was lower though, since I wouldn't mind getting all of the shades. -

The All Over Cover Stick from E.L.F. is basically a concealer/primer in shades complimenting a variety of skin tones from fair to dark skin. The shade I purchased was "Honey/Light. I do not use this as a primer as I found it to be cakey, especially on dry patches of the skin. As a concealer, a little goes a long way. I dab the tiniest amount of product onto a concealer brush or cotton swab and dab it lightly on any blemish or spot I need to cover up. The color is highly pigmented so you don't need to keep reapplying it to the same spot. However, make sure the areas you are applying it to are well moisturized beforehand, otherwise it will look cakey. I have tried using it as an undereye concealer and I need to blend it in very well for it not to look dry and patchy. I sometimes go over the spot with a damp sponge applicator to soften the concealer and then apply powder to set it. The color is more or less a match for my skin tone, but I will try going one shade lighter the next time I purchase it. The product will last a long time if you use it for minor spots, since it is dense and covers well. -

The dual end mascara from e.l.f. did not meet my expectations after having heard a few good reviews about it. I did not enjoy the product, as it was clumpy and felt it did irritate my eyes. The concept was interesting, seeing as you have a regular mascara on one end and a waterproff version on the other end of the tube. However, after having forgotton about this mascara at the bottom of my makeup bag for a few months, it hardened into a clump on the mascara wand. I had to throw it out. Not a big worry, since it did only cost 1 dollar. Nevertheless, I won't purchase this again, even if it is 1 dollar. -

Absolutely love this body lotion! It smells refreshing and soothes your skin, especially if it is sensitive or has been the victim of a bad sunburn! Keeps my skin hydrated and soft. Love that it comes in a big bottle! Great buy!

They smell really good as you spray them on, however, I cannot smell it on myself about a few minutes after applying. Don't know if others have been able to smell it on me. The mist is very fine and will not stain your clothes. I keep mine in my purse for touch ups during the day or for emergencies so that I can feel fresh. It's an average product. -

I especially love that it aides with rosacea prone skin and has SPF also. Easy to apply with fingers, brush, or sponge. The formula leaves your skin looking smooth and flawless and can also be used as a concealer as well. It is a little expensive, however, it is highly pigmented, so you only need to use a small amount for each application, therefore, it should last you a while. As an added incentive, I read that Angelina Jolie has also used this foundation! -
