Pineapple has been one of my favourite fruit so I could be biased. For this pineapple high protein bar, you can taste the flavor and it is very unique. Personally, i prefer fruit tasting flavors as this bar is right up my alley. I love the innovation of using an off flavor like pineapple.
The taste of the bar was amazing. Was expecting a bit powdery since the bar has 18g of protein with 3g of sugar. However, after biting into the bar, I could not taste much powder. The crunchy seeds really mitigate that feeling and this beats other plant-based protein bars by a huge margin. The cost of the bar is cheap as they retail for $3.49 CAD per bar whereas most other high protein bars retail around $3.99 CAD per bar.
Being a picky eater and high standards for my natural foods intake, this was a no brainer. The cost is low and nutrition value is high. Once again, we appreciate that the company joins the concept of nutrition bar and protein bar to create this. Purchased the products directly on the brand website at www.susprofoods.com

The seeds include sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, and chia seeds which make up to be the number 1 ingredient in the bar.
Besides great taste and healthy ingredients, the bar has 17g of protein with only 2g of sugar! That is exceptional. So much value packed in. Furthermore, this bar retails at a lower price point compared to most other high protein bars as this bar retails for $3.49 each on their website at 60g each bar. Unbelievable value.
A lot of protein bars on the market contains dairy and peanuts. Unfortunately i am allergic to them which restrict me from enjoying various food. For this brand of products, they are vegan, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and peanut free so i can safely indulge in them! Super happy with my purchase at https://www.susprofoods.com/
