i was totally amazed using this spray. For a long term heavy chain smoker ( more than 20 yrs , average 1 pack e day ) i finally decided to cut it off and couldn't find any better alternatives. Nicotine pach, gum ,vape , tried everything ... but the urge or craving didn't go away completely. after using this it worked like magic . kick away my craving for atleast 4-5 hrs for a single spray .. initially price seems like a little too much but i think if you really struggling to quit , this could be ur best bet . -
