Nicotine pach, gum ,vape , tried everything ... but the urge or craving didn't go away completely. after using this it worked like magic . kick away my craving for atleast 4-5 hrs for a single spray .. initially price seems like a little too much but i think if you really struggling to quit , this could be ur best bet . -
