I received coupons in the mail and sent my husband (yes that's right - my husband lol) to the store to pick me up a box when I had completely run out of everything. While I don't think that U by Kotex is better than the Stayfree brand I normally buy; my husband totally appreciated that the colour of the box did not instantly scream "female menstrual cycle in effect!" However, my 6 year old son thought that the box contained a toy or something interesting which resulted in a mini discussion about women (not something that I wanted to get into just yet!). -
The Book of Negroes by Lawrence Hill
I read this book about 5-6 years ago and still on my favourites list! I love learning about Canadian history and this book was a real eye-opener. The Hill family is quite talented, some people may not know that his brother is Dan Hill.

I really like this product and I am 35 - so really I don't think it's about how "old" you are! :0) Has a nice light smell, easy to wash off, covers without feeling like it's caked on and with SPF it's a bonus! I bought one shade darker for the summer and one shade lighter for the winter. Would recommend to friends/family. -
Febreze Air Effects Apple Spice & Delight
Love the smell of this product - however after seeing the Airwick commercials that state their product is the equivalent to 55 aerosol cans, I much rather spend money on a product that is more economical and environmentally friendly.

I don't know if this product would be better in the winter when you are blasting the heat and it may activate the liquid in the vent clip. However, this summer I haven't really used my A/C and I can only smell it slightly when I get into my car... +
I don't know if this product would be better in the winter when you are blasting the heat and it may activate the liquid in the vent clip. However, this summer I haven't really used my A/C and I can only smell it slightly when I get into my car where the clip has sat in the with the sun on it all day. I used a FPC to buy the two pack combo and am happy that I didn't waste any money by purchasing it with my own money. -
