I had seen this dubbed a dupe for Benefit The Porefessional all over the Internet, so I was excited to put it to the test. I did one side of my face using the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser, and the other side with Benefit The Porefessional to really get a good comparison. I found that the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser needed to be patted into the skin rather than smoothed on like the Porefessional. On its own, I found my pores on the Porefessional side were noticeably more "blurred" and less visible. When it came time to apply foundation, I needed to apply two layers on the Maybelline Baby Skin side to match the one layer on the Porefessional side.
Overall, I wouldn't say that the Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser comes close to being a dupe for Benefit The Porefessional, however, it is still a very good drugstore primer, and not a bad alternative if you don't want to shell out thearly considerably higher price tag for the Porefessional. Personally, I will be sticking with Benefit Porefessional, but will keep this as a back up.

I tried this mask for the first time last night, and am very happy with the results. After using it, I immediately noticed that my pores were clearer. I started applying it with a mask brush, but found that using my fingers was much more effective, as the mask is super thick. The package recommends leaving it on for 15 to 20 minutes, however, I found that it took closer to 25 to dry enough that I could peel it off. This mask peels off very easily, and didn't pull on my skin like some other masks I have tried. Today I noticed a few mild blemishes (which is what I was expecting) but no major breakouts :) I would recommend this mask, and plan on incorporating it into my skin care routine every week or so. -

These are one of my favorite treats to satisfy my sweet tooth. I like that there are very minimal ingredients in these, and contain no milk as I have allergies to dairy. (The package does say that they may contain dairy, however, I assuming that is just because they are made in a plant where products containing dairy are made, as I have never had a reaction when eating them, but if you have a serious dairy allergy, it would probably be best to avoid them to be safe). -

For a $10 drugstore palette, this exceeded my expectations! I found all of the shades to be super pigmented, and all applied smoothly. There is a good balance of shimmery and matte shades, and I actually use every color in this palette. There was a bit of fall out, and it isn't quite as long wearing as higher end palettes, but for the price, it is definitely worth having this in my collection, and would most likely buy this again. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a really decent palette but doesn't want to shell out a bunch of money on a high end one. -

This setting spray is a great alternative to the more expensive sprays. It's extremely effective at keeping your makeup locked in all day. I do find that it goes on quite wet and can cause mascara to run, so I apply my mascara after spraying it, and make sure I fan my face with my hands for a few seconds before I open my eyes to make sure my eye makeup is set. Once it's dry, you're good to go :) -

I was very excited to try this product, but it just didn't do it for me. I will give it credit for being an awesome lip balm and cuticle cream, and it smells great, but there are so many other products out there that are just as good, but a way better bang for your buck. I found the formula quite greasy to use as a moisturizer, but I guess it would be good as an overnight treatment for someone with really dry skin. I think I just had too high of expectations based on the price, and for me it just isn't as versatile as it claimed to be. -

Finally, the perfect bronzer for my light skin tone! Being a matte shade, it gives a beautiful warm glow without looking muddy or shiny, and had just the right amount of pigment so I'm not spending a lot of time trying to blend out my contour. This shade is quite neutral, so it would be flattering on a great range of skin tones. Definitely worth the money! -
