Let me be clear.....I live for dry shampoo. As a busy mom with a full time career, I do t always have the luxury of a hot shower every night. I am fuelled by dry shampoo and coffee.
This dry shampoo is a hard pass for me. While it does absorb the oil in my hair, it left a super gritty feeling to my hair, the whiteness of the chemical couldn’t be brushed away or evened out for love nor money, and by the end of the day my scalp felt like there were a thousand fire ants having a rave on it. Even after washing my hair, it took a second shampoo to get rid of all the residue and if I had time to shampoo twice I would t need dry shampoo.
Spend the extra dollar or two and get something else. This was terrible!!

As someone with sensitive skin, I have never been able to use regular Dove body wash products due to the dryness and itching they would cause. Fast forward to our annual work retreat, in the middle of nowhere, and guess who forgets her body wash? That’s right, this girl. No problem, I ask my roommate for the weekend if she had any I could use and this is the brand she presents me with. Uh oh, no thanks I reply. I’m gonna use the bar soap.
That was not a good idea. My skin became tight and itchy and flaky as all get out.
I ask sheepishly, and reluctantly, about using the Dove and head to the shower because it can’t get worse than the bar soap fiasco.
To my pleasant surprise, it is thick and creamy and smells good! I hate the unscentedness of most sensitive skin products. I get out of the shower in a rush as I’m late for a company dinner, and forego lotion. 4 hours later my skin is still amazing! No tightness or dryness, and has a nice subtle clean scent. Love love love!

Used this to see if I wanted to go through with a more permanent dye. At first, there wasn’t much colour despite shaking as directed. The colour only became visible as I added more and more, but it dried like hairspray making my hair hard, tangly, and impossible to style afterwards. Not a fan, and I wouldn’t use it a second time. -
Recently purchased and loving it! The smell is great and the formula doesn’t leave my skin greasy feeling or overly dry. My only wish is that there were more in a package as they are a little expensive for the amount I use

I reluctantly tried this product at the insistence of my beauty guru friend and OMG am i glad I did. The creamy texture and smell of the product made it lovely to have on before bedtime, plus the next morning my skin immediately felt more....supple.
