I work in a non-profit organization making meals for kids during the school year. I teach and cook. Our organization enables someone to acquire a new set of skills in the work force and to obtain a certificate of completion.

Hi there. It was so good to hear from you! It is raining here today and so warm. I have been cooking a big Sunday Supper with a glazed devils-food cake for dessert. I'm tired now. I still have some projects I want to do, but don't know if they will get done today. Haha. I know what you mean about barbecuing. I can't wait either. Take care and enjoy your Sunday!! Ginger
