Dove spa+ firming gel
I bought this in savers for a £1 and its been a great buy. Fantastic gel that is easily absorbed with a lovely scent, which isn't overpowering. Is it firming, well no, but none of them are! The price and the way the gel is absorbed make it well... +

Bought Dove soap on a recommendation. Worst mistake I ever made. The soap made my face all blotchy, I persevered for a week, but I guess this isn't for me.

Aussie 3minute miracle Nourish
Aussie are a great brand. Had never used this one before, but it smelled lush and has left my hair well conditioned and feeling great, even the smell lingers!

Aldi sell many dupes in their make up special buys and I was desperate for some primer, without paying high street prices. I bought Aldi photo ready primer and it is a real find. It's a clear, slightly thick primer, bit a little goes a long way... +

It's a clear, slightly thick primer, bit a little goes a long way.
It covers my imperfections and foundation glides on.
For the price, under a fiver, it's well worth buying and as good as Clinique and other high street brands.

It feels very thick and sticky when you apply it, but the coverage is great, and it can be built up for a heavy coverage.
Looks natural when on and it does last a long time, not sure it would still be there 16 hrs later, but definitely lasted all day.
Yes its pricey but it lasts a while and you don't need a lot to have a natural finish.
