Hemp hearts shelled hemp seeds
I definitely like these Hemp Heart. Full of protein and great source of fiber. They are perfect in my morning yogurt. They fill me up till lunch and are so very good for you. The only thing is everything nowadays that are good for you cost a lot.

I'm a huge Davids fan. I love the mugs that they come out with.. However every year I get new mugs and I find that they dont last a full year. Many have cracks down the sides or chip very easily. They are very pretty but if only they lasted... +

I had never heard of a Pre Shampoo product before.. This is great. I spray it into my hair about 30 minutes before I shampoo. it really cleans up all build up in my hair. Great for damaged hair.. and brightens up your hair too!

Dempster's 12 Grain Bagels
