I have just a started a new job, like less than two weeks ago, and I could feel what felt like a migraine approaching which was less than ideal. I remembered that I had the new Tylenol with caffeine and thought I would give it a try. I am so impressed. I have never taken anything with caffeine in it before but it seemed like it helped it kick in faster and also lasted longer than a regular acetaminophen would have.    -
