This is a pricey honey but with good reason. It helps all kind of ailments, from digestive issues, to sore throats, boosts immune system... etc. Its sort of a natural antibiotic. I take it for sore throats, whenever I feel sick or just like I am about to come down with something. It works wonders.
I also use it as a simple and effective face mask. I simply spread a tsp on my clean face and leave it on for ab half and hour. It is a humectant so it hydrates and plumps up my skin, and thanks to its antibacterial properties it helps me keep breakouts at bay. My skin glows after using it and manuka candies keep my healthy and happy thru the winter. Perfect sweet tooth fix

There are different EPA-DHA ratios, so just consult with a naturopath or health food store consultant before picking the right one for you.
I love omegas, they are one of my top 3 supplements. They help me with my mood ( a lot), with my skin, my hair, my digestion... everything. Whenever I skip them, I can see a huge difference in my skin, it starts drying out, looking dull and flakey and I start getting all itchy. I swear this has helped me minimize breakouts and keep my skin looking amazing.

This stuff is my secret weapon for cold and flu. Whenever I feel a symptom coming I bust this baby out, put half a dropper under my tongue every 3 hours and by the end of the day I'm all good to go. Just make sure you have some juice handy, this stuff burns like hell. Take it as soon as you feel something starting. Its something I always keep in my house, its incredibly handy. I've used it for cuts, acne, hair treatments (scalp) in my cellulite concoctions, diffused, to disinfect shoes, nail fungus (not on me thank God, but others)... I do recommend before applying to skin to be diluted, it can irritate and burn, test it before.

This stuff is amazing. Silica is essential for skin, hair, nails, bones and cartilage, and Biosil is the best form of silica you can take. Its so effective. I took it in the hope of adding fullness to my frail hair and after 2-3 months I've noticed a huge difference. I have been on a whole protocol of vitamins and minerals in the hope of helping my hair and none of them did such a difference as Biosil did. My nails are super strong and grow faster than ever, my skin is so smooth and supple and my hair is fuller than ever.
it doesnt taste super great but you only need 10 drops a day. It works out much cheaper than most silica supplements out there, and for me it worked better than anything else.

I love this stuff, by far my fave way of getting my vit C! I drink one of these each day during the winter, and whenever I feel a cold coming I take 3-4 for a day in combination with oregano oil, probiotics, and garlic and BAM! I'm back to normal within hours.

BB creams are super popular in Asia, and seem to be this miracle hybrid between a foundation, primer, moisturizer, concealer and treatment (depending on the kind). Well I starting hunting for them, and finally managed to get my hands on a few, only to be dissapointed. For a few, the formula was way to thick and cakey, for some the formula was ashy and white, making me look dead... etc.
Marcelle's BB cream is exactly what I needed. A BB cream tailored to my needs. Its still has the seem
qualities of an original asian BB cream, but the texture is softer, more liquid, and infinitely easier to work with; the colour is natural, neutral, the finish is as natural as it gets, with no cakey or whiteness to it. It has a medium coverage, hides anything and everything in one sweep, makes for a wonderful concealer, lasts all day, protects my skin and doesn't break me out.
I love this stuff.
Its everything you would expect a BB cream to be, but actually wearable, natural looking and easy to use.

Coverage is good enough, again, it won't cover everything but it diffuses imperfections, making for a very natural look. My skin looks glowy, dewy yet incredibly natural. The only problem I have with this product would have to be the very steep price. Being a TM you can go thru it very fast and at 50$ a pop it can be a huge turn-off.. -

I got very into Tinted Moisturizers recently and when UD had a sale on hautelook I had to jump at the opportunity and snatch up this one.

This TM is light, sheer looking very natural. Application is a breeze, which is one of the main reasons I love TM, no fuss, no brush, no sponge required; I simply apply it with my hands, it melts flawlessly into my face.
This product gives me a dewy look which at time, can translate into greasy. I toned down on the mositurizer and found this product can look a lot better, rather than before when I was hydrating my skin before application. It would sort of just sit on top of my skin.
Coverage is minimal, I mean it can sort of blurr out imperfections rather than covering them, which is fine with me. If I do get a blemish I simply spot conceal. My entire face looks as natural as possible, and what need to be covered gets covered, whitout having to pile on foundation.
It has a good staying power, it does not dissapear on me throught the day, However I do need to blot once or twice to minimize my shiny forhead.
Overall a good product! Easy application, good lasting power and nice finish.
