As someone who has suffered from cold sores since childhood, I have been using this product since it came on the market. I find since they are so pricey (and I still dont know why...someone is making a profit of everyones pain!) I use nail scissors to cut the patch in half, as i find the half moon shape can usually cover the sore, and then there isnt as much risk of the patch lifting. I find they are especially useful as night and help to reduce the cold sores spreading. They definitely dont cause it to heal, but keep it clean and isolated which helps the healing process. -

It is creamy but scrubby without cutting or irritating the skin, as the ground almonds moisterize as well as exofliate. I would reccommend getting thr small pot as it does expire and a pea sized amount is all you need every other day. -

I had the Cadbury cream egg flavour, and it was terrible. The chocolate wasn't good quality and was quite waxy. They seemed to just out a bright yellow syrup to swirl throughout, and it was gross. The whole experience was overly sweet and not worth... +
