Perfectly crisp outside with a fluffy inside. Great side to any breakfast - or try them as a part of your breakfast sandwich! Seriously - super good. These are much saltier naturally than the Cavendish brand patties, but they are twice as good.

Morrison's has been around since my parents were just kids, and so it become tradition to stop in every year after skating in Market Square for a hot chocolate and a bite to eat. The service was amazing, the atmosphere friendly, and the food very good with a home-cooked feel. Unfortunately, the family who used to own it have passed on and the restaurant is under new management and ownership. All has gone downhill.
Sentiment will always bring me back once in a blue moon, but I would not recommend to anybody who is visiting for the first time... unless you want to check out the nostalgic interior which has gone unchanged and still smells of vintage Kingston!

Star Diner is a must-visit diner to any Kingstonian or those who are visiting the area! Easily over-looked, tucked in to a little nook in the commercial spaces on Princess Street - this place is not to be missed out on. The 1950's theme is carried throughout, from the old, red leather booths, ketchup-and-mustard coloured stools, and teal paint, to the cardboard cut-outs of Marilyn and Elvis - and in every framed black and white Hollywood photo in between. Serving a variety of seafood, soup, and burger-and-fry-type breakfast and lunch entrees as well as desserts that taste like they are fresh from home, Star Diner has something that everybody will love.
Service is amazing and staff are friendly as ever. Food is great, simple, and well-cooked. Atmosphere is comfortable and home-y, and the restaurant is clean (despite it's '50's grunge look).
Try their fritters, pie, and "hangover style" french fries (poutine)! Gotta have lunch here AT LEAST once in your life.

I was one of the lucky people sent a voucher for a free bag of Werther's Original Soft Creme Caramels, as well as a $1.00 OFF coupon! The candies are typically $2.99 per bag, which is very decently priced. These caramels have that truly irresistible Werther's caramel taste, and coat your mouth with ooey-gooey-caramel goodness! The company really is good to it's consumers, and have high-quality, tasty candies that are worth the buy! -

e-Steam Canada Electronic Cigarettes' Kingston location is operated by a menage of obnoxious, immature, disruptive children who deter any sort of customer-base from developing for the booth and create a hostile, uncomfortable environment for all in the Frontenac Mall. I cannot speak for the quality, price, or selection of their products. I refuse to get anywhere near the booth due to the unprofessional, unapproachable staff.
On a typical day, there are three or four staff working. These appear to all be adults - and must all be aged 18+ to sell e-cigarrettes due to provincial laws. However, these staff are frequently observed acting like children. I visit the Frontenac Mall every Wednesday for laundry and groceries. These two venues are on opposite sides of the mall, and while at either, I can hear the staff of e-Steam screaming, laughing, hollering, and going on. Last week, two staff - a blonde woman and a tall, brunette young man - were wearing boxes on their heads and running frantically around the hallway in which their booth stands screaming "I HAVE A F******G BOX ON MY HEAD, I'M A BOX HEAD". Seriously. Grown adults were doing this. They then had a food fight with 0.25cent candies that hit customers in the midst.
Let me point out to anyone unfamiliar with the Frontenac Mall in Kingston, ON... it's a dying place. The grocery store, Dollarama, laundromat, Eye Clinics, and Chit Chat Cafe keep it afloat. Due to the nature of the remaining stores, it is frequented by elderly customers and mall-goers, as well as young families who attend the Easter, Christmas and Summer events (Little Ray's Reptiles, Santa, the Easter Bunny, etc.).
The way these staff act is offensive and obstructive to these shoppers - screaming profanities, or screaming and laughing about sexual activities, throwing things, running around.
If e-Steam Canada Electronic Cigarettes Kingston had new staff, or a GROWN-UP to SUPERVISE it's children, maybe it would transform to a profitable booth rather than a daycare.

I have had these exact flip-flops for seven years without them wearing down or the thong breaking! A great Summer/Spring must-have shoe. They are comfortable, price-wise, and quality sandals that are a hot-weather wardrobe staple.

Not the most comfortable pair of flip-flops that you will ever wear, as they are foam-and-rubber basics... but the price for quality is unbeatable!
Gotta go to Old Navy!

I am reviewing the SimpleⓇ Replenishing Rich Moisturizer as a part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.
I have only used this product twice, but have noticed a refreshed glow to my skin since first use. The SimpleⓇ Replenishing Rich Moisturizer is a light-weight serum that applies smoothly and instantly boosts the feelings of softness, tightness, and healthiness in your skin. Honestly declaring themselves the "Sensitive Skin Experts", this moisturizers causes no irritation, stinging, redness, or discomfort. It's as if you have applied literally nothing to your skin, but have received most, if not all, of the benefits of your regular, harsher creams. The only deterrent of the SimpleⓇ Replenishing Rich Moisturizer? The SCENT! Mastering a truly "scent-free" moisturizer is much more difficult than a cleanser or a wipe - and though SimpleⓇ has come close, they have not been able to avoid that stale, earthy, pungent smell that most "all-natural, scent-free" lotions and serums unfortunately have. It's quite strong, though it doesn't bother me to the point where I will discontinue use of this product.
♡ Gentle on skin.
♡ Stale, pungent, earthy scent.
♡ Dries quickly - leaves skin feeling tight and healthy.
♡ Retails around $10.99CAD - decently priced!
SimpleⓇ brand proudly boasts about their products' kindness to skin while maintaining effectiveness on blemishes, dirt, oils, and make-up. For once, I feel as if a skin-care's confidence in its' products is well-justified. Worth a try, worth a buy!
