I found that the pretzel was a bit too salty for me, but I don't have a very high salt tolerance, so I'm sure it's fine for most people. The coating is very sweet but not to the extent where you cannot eat it. There isn't a very strong cookies and cream flavour; it pretty much tastes like a white chocolate-covered pretzel. -

I wasn't too impressed with the mint flavour. When biting into the bar and chewing it, it's so subtle to the point where you think you taste mint but then question whether it's really there. I think this might be due to the dark chocolate overpowering the mint. That said, the aftertaste of the bar does contain a detectable mint essence, so it still delivers somewhat on flavour. If you are looking for something with a hint of mint without it being overly strong, then this would be great for you. In terms of sweetness, I would say this really hits the mark (sweet but not too sweet). -

On the downside, out of all the bars I've had of this brand, I find this one to be a little overly sweet and to just have too much chocolate to be super enjoyable. Also, I wouldn't call this a protein bar considering that there are 12g of protein per 200 calories in each bar. -

It's a firm bar, breaks apart nicely, is chewy on the inside, and it doesn't crumble at all. When you open the package, there's a very strong mocha coffee smell, and you manage to get a mocha flavour right when you bite into the bar. I find that this bar is a little on the bitter side, likely because it's going for the coffee-esque taste. I also find that this is less sweet compared to this brand's other flavours, so I wouldn't recommend this flavour if you have more of a sweet tooth. Overall, it's a pretty decent bar, and it's quite tasty. I did not find it overly sweet which was greatly appreciated. The dark chocolate brings a nice change compared to most protein bars. That said, I wouldn't necessarily call this a protein bar since it only has 10 grams of protein in it compared to 30 grams of carbohydrates. -

I didn't really get much dark chocolate flavour, so it's really lacking in that aspect. -

The pumpkin flavour was also very disappointing. All it tastes like is pumpkin seed; there is absolutely no pumpkin spice essence. I wasn't expecting something amazing, but I was at least hoping to get some type of spice. I couldn't detect any hint of nutmeg or cinnamon or ginger or anything like that. I should mention that the fruit flavour doesn't last for very long. After you start biting into the Cheerio, the fruit flavour somewhat dissolves, and you are met with the typical oat-like taste of a normal Cheerio. -

I was really disappointed with this drink. With coconut water, there is a subtle coconut taste. However, with this drink, the coconut flavor is excessively strong and is very artificial. It was also a bit too sweet for me, but I don't have the biggest sweet tooth out there to begin with. Considering the high price, I don't think I would ever get this again. -
