My mother who is late 50's tried out the line for this review.
First, my mother is usually a hardcore Shiseido fan. She has been for decades. However, Vichy has given her other options, at a slightly lower price point (since she usually heads to the Shiseido sale to get her goods, that's the price point I am comparing to).
One of the thing she liked, was the fact that it didn't cause a reaction. Her skin is fairly sensitive, and does not usually do well with other products. This product is to help to firm and create more density to the skin. She didn't notice it in the beginning, but she has had her coworkers comment on her skin to tell her how great it was looking. One of the other things she liked about it, was the fact that it forced her to spend a little bit more time to tend to her skin, as the website says that it is good to massage in.
One thing to add, is probably specific to her age group. This is supposed to be for just after menopause (?), so at her age, she needs something little more creamy.
She has had her coworkers ask to give the trio to them...but since she is liking it so much, she has sent pictures of the product so they can buy it for themselves xD

I had received Plum Paisley from ChickAdvisor for free, to review. Being a regular polish user, as well as a SOG user, i was pretty excited to this this out.
The good points were that it applied fairly easily, and I loved the depth of purple I received. I was also glad that it didnt stain my nails as I had expected it to. It also didnt take an insane number of coats to look good (only had to do two).
Unfortunately for me, it didnt last past 2 days. Working with kids, I do end up washing my hands a lot more. However, I find that with shorter nails, and a good topcoat, I would get the same results with a regular polish. As such, for the price point, I did not think that this was worth it for me.
I would, however, reach for this on days/night events where I would need to ensure my nails to look good. I wouldnt have to double check if I had a problem and whether Id snag it on my stockings or something.
Anyway, I probably wouldnt purchase unless they were on sale for half the price. Loved the concept, but this one didnt work out well for me.

I picked up the smaller tub as a filler on a Sephora order. I know it says everyday on the package, but I only use them a few times a week, and only in the evening. I have adult acne, and have been looking for something to help with the scaring and the acne that it brings, and this has been quite interesting to use. I use half a pad, which is enough, as it is very wet. There are two sides to it (smooth and raised), and for my skin, I used the raised side. Anyway, wipe all over face, and let it dry. Then I proceed with everything else. There is a slight sting depending on how sensitive your skin is, but I know I will be picking up another one when I'm done with this. -

Love these. I have about 7 (3 of which I was sent to review on the blog last year). I absolutely adore Royale. It was the first one I bought (or maybe received), currently using my second one, and have a third in my backup stash. Royale last fairly well on my lips, doesn't make them dry, and the colour is pretty awesome :D Definitely something fun to check out and swatch the next time you are in a store -

I got this from an event that Annabelle held back in the beginning of summer. I usually use powders for my brows (which I do every morning). I know a lot of people like the Skinny Brow that they also offer, but since I am a relative newbie to brow pencils, I found that this suited my needs better. I have Medium Brown, and I found that it let me blend the product quite well. It also held up quite well on my oily skin. I also love that I can tote this around, without having to worry that it will shatter in my makeup bag -

I picked up one from the first release for about $3 on clearance at SDM. I was excited because over the years (through blogging), I have fallen in love with a lot of the products that I got to test out. The fact that it was chubby reminded me of the Clinique ones, with a better smell. They do have a bit more slip to it, but the slight tint it gives off ensures that my lips don't completely wash me out. I'm currently on the hunt for the new holiday duos :D -

First thing I noticed about this, was the fact that it really did keep my lips moisturized. I got it in Lilac Love. I would have loved for it to be a tad more pigmented, but still quite satisfied with the slight tint that I do see. There are often printable coupons out, so you can use them to bring the price point down, which helps in the price department. -

Just picked up a new stain in Berry Persistent, as I had to toss the one I had at the end of last winter. The colour is just so lovely! It isn't too 'in your face', but delivers enough of a punch for me to manipulate it. It can get pricey, but luckily there are sales on these quite often. I haven't tried the expensive one that this is supposed to dupe, but at this price point, I'm pretty happy with these. -

I received this product free from ChickAdvisor.
I usually use a manual brush, or a rechargeable spinning brush from another brand, but this was a first for me. The Spinbrush was definitely easy to use. The brush head wasn't too large that it felt awkward, and it wasn't too small to make the brush time tedious. Definitely preferable to a manual brush, as the cut of the bristles, and the way that it moves, allows me to get to all the odd crevices of my teeth. The fact that it uses batteries makes it easier to replace, than a plug in rechargeable system. It is a little on the loud side, but the fact that it helps to ensure that I have cleaned right, helps to balance it out. I would consider buying it, as I have seen it roll back on Walmart for about $5, and there is sometimes a $1 off coupon in the local paper.
