It's definitely tamed my frizzy hair which used to drive me crazy. Very much worth the hefty price tag but give it a few months to see the results. -

I only tried it because it was on sale as the price is on the higher end for a drugstore brand. It applies smoothly and evenly and the colour (2466 blushing rose) is natural because of the multi colour palette. I love it! -

You're supposed to twist the handles so the coil pulls out the hair. I used it once for upper lip and it worked and also didn't hurt. However, it didn't work again regardless of hair length. I do it recommend.
