I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. After taking this product for a few weeks I noticed a decrease in hot flashes, better sleep and less anxiety.
While the pills did help with some of the perimenopause symptoms, a major concern is the potential increased risk of developing breast cancer associated with this product, so this made this product not worth it to me to purchase.

This is a very soothing cough syrup. Generally, cough syrups are not recommended for kids, but this is natural, made with honey. It's designed for kids ages 1-2. I like that it comes with a oral syringe with easy to read dosing lines. I tasted it first and it's very mild, with a bit of sweetness, not thick at all like honey would be and I'm assuming that's the water content in this.
My toddler likes it. It's very soothing for the throat.
