This is an average bowl. It does not do what it's supposed to do which is to not spill. My daughter figured out very quickly that she just had to move it around quickly and everything will come out. I received this bowl as a gift so I can't really say much about the price, but I wouldn't buy one myself. It's just like any other bowl. -

These are great for babies who have just begun to eat solids. My daughter liked gumming them. I don't know how much nutritional value they have, but they are a great tool to get your child used to holding, biting, gumming, and eating food.
