This is one of those ice cream's that is extremely decadent and you have a hard time stopping so I suggest you use a small bowl and don't eat right out of the container because before you know it half of the container will be gone LOL -
All Bran Multi-Grain Crunch Cereal
When I'm on one of my health kicks this is the cereal I turn to you. Has a nice delicious taste and is very high in fiber. Taste great with 2% milk. Love the crunch

President's Choice Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream

I picked this up and have just been blown away by how many uses you can actually do from this little bottle. It's excellent to soothe burns and when you wash your face at night it works wonderfully as an astringent to prevent any acne breakouts... +

Real Aloe vera is too difficult to use but this is aloe vera in a bottle is 100% pure and is fantastic highly recommend -
