Johnson's Baby Lotion
Okay I know that by reading the headline, that I've probably grabbed your attention by now. Good. This product is trash, and should not be used on your child, or anyone, for that matter. the scent is nice, but still not even good enough to actually... +
Okay I know that by reading the headline, that I've probably grabbed your attention by now. Good. This product is trash, and should not be used on your child, or anyone, for that matter. the scent is nice, but still not even good enough to actually use on a daily basis. But there-in-lies the initial problem: scented. Most baby lotions that are scented, have extreme drying effects, which makes moisturizing highly ineffective, and the point of the product, counter-intuitive. I highly suggest that you do not waste your money on this product, or any product similar to it (off brand, scented, etc.). I recommend CeraVe moisturizing lotion and cream. -

So my daughter (almost two years old) and I both have chronically dry skin (sorry, darling... not one of the best traits she got from me, that's for sure)... so dry, in fact, that her poor little legs were actually cracked and flaking. I had tried every baby sensitive lotion I could think of, but nothing was working, not matter how much I applied to her skin. I was desperate to find a lotion that would actually work for her, and not dry her out even more (i.e. Johnson and Johnson's scented baby lotion, any kind). I asked her pediatrician, and she actually recommended this brand to us. I had never even heard of CeraVe before that appointment. So then we went to the store right after the appointment, and bought the tub of the CeraVe cream, not the bottle of lotion. After we ran out of the CeraVe cream, we switched to the lotion. Both products work WONDERS for both of our dry skin problems. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who suffers from any kind of dry skin. I use the regular lotion during the day, and let the cream work it's magic overnight. -
