I always like the idea of purchasing or having a set of false lashes rather than the single ones because of convenience. I really liked this set because it has three types of lashes that you can use for a:everyday b: night out c:classic. I was very excited to try it but unfortunately it just did not meet my expectations. The band doesnt seem to bend naturally even after playing with it as you normally would to bend the fake lashes. These ones seemed to stick out more on the edges even after doing different techniques. I did like the idea that there are different sets for different eye shapes. I know that they are fairly new on the market so I'm hoping they improve because I do love the idea of their products. Products were sent by Chickadvisor but opinions are 100% my own. -

I love the smell of this shampoo. It also feels really good and refreshing on the scalp. I have been using it three times a week, and I'm satisfied with how it is working on my hair. Some dandruf shampoo tends to make my hair feel dry but this Dove Shampoo actually doesn't do that. I do recommend it if you are looking into an effective shampoo that helps ease itchiness and flakes. Product was sent free by Chickadvisor but my review is 100% my own -

I have been using it for a full week and I must say that my complexion has vissably improved and my skin has brightened.keep in mind that I have combination skin, where my forehead and nose area is very oily and my cheeks are dry, I used this serum for my full face morning and night. The serum has a very watery milky consistency and gets absorbed on the skin pretty easily without leaving any sticky or glossy residue. The scent is also faint and very pleasant which can be a deal breaker for me because more fragrant products tend to break me out and I have a sensitivity to smell. I love how this serum can be bought at a big box store/grocery store like Walmart, which is so convenient and less intimidating than going to a specialty store. It is very affordable, accessible, and effective so i can honestly recommend it. -

This is a perfect highlighter palette for a medium/tan skin tone gal. I am more on a light/medium skin tone over the winter time, but im on the medium/tan skin tone during summer. I already switch out my foundations when seasons change, the last thing I want is to change my highlighter too. This palette lets me use it all year round, without it being too dark or too light on my skin. Tourmaline is my absolute go to shade, the two lighter shades I use on the inner corner of my eye to make me look awake, and also on the arch of my brows. -

Even without it hitting the light, it still shimmers. I got mine at Marshall's for about $5 and I lost it! I would've bought two if there was any left but I'll take what I can get. I have a medium skin tone and the shade Santorini Sunset was neither too light or too dark for me. -

I really love the shade Dusty Rose which a rosy, mauve, nude shade, I'm a Medium skin tone. Anyways, like I said I absolutely love this shade and price, but I found that it is a tiny bit drying. But other than that, it was actually long lasting. -

I was at Winners/Marshalls when I saw this lippie. The shade is absolutely gorgeous so it caught my eye. Looked at the price and it was less than $10CAD so I HAD to buy it. The official shade name is Let's Dance. Smashbox wasn't kidding when they said "Always On", because after eating a full pound of medium buffalo wings, and a glass of wine, the lippie was still there! It faded just a bit, like really tiny bit in the inner middle part of my lips, just because it was constantly wet. But other than that, the lipstick didn't feather, fade or flake out. The shade complemented my complexion so well, I'm a Medium/Tan skin tone. Since discovering and loving this lippie, I've been going on a Marshall's hunt for more shades, but I havent been lucky. Not giving up though, cause that deal can't be beat. -

I’ve been travelling quite a lot this past few months and it has made my face drier and oilier than normal. Which causes bumps on my face. This mask couldn’t have come at a better time, thanks to chickadvisor for sending me this for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Hubby saw me putting this on my face and asked if I could put it on his too. We both had a fun and relaxing time with this mask. And it actually left our skin soft. I also noticed my bumps have visibly gone down the next day. I personally wouldn’t use this more than twice a week though, as I could see it might dry out my face too much if i do. -

I like the fact that it’s zero calories, unsweetened and low in sodium. BUT unfortunately, that’s all I like about it. I love the original ginger ale and haven’t really tried any other Canada Dry flavours so at first I was excited about this. The drink is as fizzy as I thought it would be but it’s the combination of the flavours that I was disappointed about. Cherry flavours in general especially on drinks is a hit and miss. It’s either really good or it tastes like medicine, and well, this drink was more of the latter. I’ll be sticking to the ginger ale for the time being.
