I love, love, Love this hair treatment! It smells great, it feels great, and my hair just feels so soft and shiny after! I use this once a week (or two weeks). Shampoo first, then replace conditioner with this treatment and let it sit in my hair... +
I love, love, Love this hair treatment! It smells great, it feels great, and my hair just feels so soft and shiny after!
I use this once a week (or two weeks). Shampoo first, then replace conditioner with this treatment and let it sit in my hair for 5mins or so before rinsing. For added smoothness, I highly recommend brushing out the product under running water (with a wet brush). This always leaves my hair feeling velvety smooth even after air drying!!

Okay, so this line in general is not cheap, however is, in my opinion, worth EVERY penny!
I had my hair done, dyed multiple different colours, and with minimal washing (which is recommended for coloured hair anyways) in cold to lukewarm water using this shampoo (and conditioner), the colours have stayed in my hair for a good 3 months before really starting to fade!
I absolutely love the foaminess of the shampoo, a little goes such a long way. And the conditioner is super refreshing on the scalp (though could be too strong for some, if you have a sensitive scalp).

I've been using this toothpaste for a couple of years now, and its definitely my go-to.

3- though very mild, it does in fact gently whitens teeth
I'm a fan, and would highly recommend :)

I've only been taking them for a couple of weeks now, hut have noticed more shine and strength in my hair mostly, and my nails have been growing faster.
Not much noticeable change to my skin, but that's likely also because I am not drinking enough water ...

I'll be honest that I did not use the product Daily for 2 months as it recommends (mainly due to the fact that I am terrible at remembering to take anything regularly), however even with my sporadic use of it I noticed a difference!
Note: there is NO spf or any protection from the sun from this product...
I started taking there a few days prior to taking some sun outdoors (with SPF sunscreen!!), and continued taking them after getting some colour. I noticed that:
- my skin was glowing and (very) slightly more coloured
- it helped maintain my tan, without having to continue going in the sun
I'm sure that if I had taken them regularly for 2 months as instructed I would have seen more results.
Bonus (if you're someone like me who doesnt enjoy swallowing pills): they're pretty small gel capsules, making them easy to swallow!
