This handy highlighter pencil can be used any number of ways - on the browbone, eyelids, under the eyes to cover dark circles, around the eyes to diffuse fine lines, and on spots and blemishes as a concealer. It melts quickly on the skin so it blends very easily without tugging or rubbing, and the color quickly becomes invisible. I really like it and use it around my eyes a lot...it's pricey, but I think it will last a very long time so in the end the price may wind up being worth it. Mine came from a subscription box so I didn't pay full price, and I kind of doubt I would repurchase once it's gone due to the $18 price tag - but for those of you that don't mind paying that much for a highlighter, this is a good one to consider. -

LOVE Buxom! A division of BareMinerals, their products are mostly natural and contain no harmful parabens or other unnecessary chemical additives. The Full-On Lip Polish comes in beautiful shades, smells and tastes wonderful, has a nice warm plumping effect, and adds a lovely bit of shimmer to your lips. Long lasting too, and compliments lipstick very well as an overcoat. A bit pricey, but the quality is definitely there, and there are way worse things you could be putting on your lips ingredient-wise. My favorite shade is Dolly, which is a warm rosy pink with goldish shimmer. -

As a plumping lipcolor alone, I wouldn't rate this very high - the plumping effect is really no more than a mild irritation that feels a bit like having an allergic reaction to shellfish. It goes away after a couple of minutes, but it's really not very pleasant while it lasts and your lips feel a bit bruised or chapped afterwards. However, on the basis of being a nice lipcolor with a delicious smell, attractive shades, fair longevity and high wearability, I rate it higher. What really sells me is the packaging, though - I'm a sucker for cute packaging, and these round-edged almost-flat containers are completely adorable. Worth the price, though? Not really, although I rated it "average" because it's on par with many other higher-end brands pricewise. I wouldn't purchase it myself, but I was given two colors gratis by the company because I complained about the horrid stench of the sample they provided for a box subscription a while back. Let me point out that they were NOT a nice company to deal with, but they did come through in the end. The colors I received are Bare Nectar (shown in my photo) and Honey Rose, both of which I like. The shade I received in the sub box was Peony Petal, which I didn't care for (besides the awful smell). -

Love these handy little bottles of hand sanitizer for quick, easy, on-the-go germ disposal! There is an almost endless variety of scents to choose from, with more added every season. You can almost always find them on sale, 5 for $5, which makes them a decent deal if you don't think about the fact that you can buy five of the gigantic full-size ones at the Dollar Tree for the same price and get about 200 times the amount of product. But the Dollar Store variety doesn't have these wonderful scents, and for me that makes it a worthy splurge. I always have at least two in my purse or diaper bag every time we leave the house, and with two kids we end up using them several times a day. Triclosan-free again, which is a definite plus. -

This is a great product - BUT the price is ridiculous, especially since pretty much any primer out there does the exact same thing with just about the same effectiveness. This one costs $42 while the Bare Minerals equivalent is in the low $20's, and believe it or not, ELF has a pretty decent one for $6. Why pay so much for something that doesn't do any more than the lesser brands? It doesn't tapdance or read you bedtime stories. It's just a brand name. -

Excellent product, definitely shortens the lifespan of the average pimple. 100% natural. My only complaint is the bottle - it's almost impossible to dispense any of this without either getting nothing or dumping way more than you need all over your hand, and at this price you do NOT want to be wasting a bunch. Other than that, I keep this on hand for serious breakouts and am very happy with it. -

Wonderful new product from Wet 'n Wild, most famous for dollar store makeup that we wore when we were teens. They've come a long way in recent years, improving their formulas and adding a lot of great new items to their line. This is one of the better ones - these balm stains come in beautiful shades, smell and taste great, have no parabens, and do a really good job of coloring your lips OR adding softness and shine to a darker lipstick worn under it. At about $4.99, they're a great deal. -

Wonderful lip balm, very moisturizing and nourishing - and you can't go wrong with 100% natural ingredients! Makes your lips feel healthy and hydrates even the driest of lips. You can often get these in multi-packs that make them a good deal, especially if you go through a lot of balm. Gives a nice bit of color as well! -
Wonderful scent from B&BW;! Clean, refreshing, smells like a cool ocean breeze blowing in off the coast. I don't use mine as a body spray so much as a room spray - a few spritzes in the air and you feel like you're in a beach house.

I love most of NYX's products, and I really wanted to love this one, but it's just a miss with me. The color goes on splotchy and uneven (what little color there is) and the formula is too slick, thin, and watery. The smell is nice and I love that... +

The color goes on splotchy and uneven (what little color there is) and the formula is too slick, thin, and watery. The smell is nice and I love that the formula is paraben-free, but it could use a little reworking. -
