I use this as a leave in conditioner instead of a one minute mask and it leaves my hair very moisturized. The price is also great, at my local shops the big jar of this is only $5 very affordable. -

The hold is good but not great, I tied my hair down after applying and it stayed in place for about two hours then started to lift and separate. My hair is very thick and this could possibly just not work with my hair type! -
